Regarding ill health, it's hard to see a positive side, however to be greeted with politeness, reassurance and empathy is the silver lining. The GP's and associated work team are helpful and obliging to the needs of their clients and actually have time to hear problems. For 46yrs I have been a client of Mount Oriel, whilst Drs and staff may have changed, the ethos still remains, vital within the local financial situation. Additional services are available and accessible to all (MUST STRESS, THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE G.P SERVICE, OTHER ACCESSIBLE DEPARTMENTS MAY NOT BE DESERVING OF A FIVE STAR RATING AND THROUGH EXPERIENCE, MY PERCEPTION OF SUCH AREAS WOULD BE LESS THAN POLITE.) Building +++ but parking occasionally abused by LOCAL authorities. 👍
