The staff at this practice are second to none. Their level of care and understanding are outstanding; receptionists, nurses and doctors.

Excellent service with a warm and welcoming staff who attend to your every need. One in particular, the receptionist, (Leanna, I think) is most accommodating in every way. Goes that extra yard. Recently she was extremely reassuring and helpful during visits when I was getting test results and experiencing a stressful time. The type of women you'd want as your partner / daughter. I have no hesitation in recommendating this surgery.

The receptionists,doctors,nurses and whole multidisciplinary team are fantastic, I have been with willow medical practice for over 30 years and never had any issues, Doctors are very caring, understanding and will go to lengths to help when you are unwell, I see other reviews about trying to get through on phone, yes it can take a while but the girls are so busy trying to accommodate hundreds of patients and are so apologetic when you say you have been waiting, Thankyou willow medical practice for the many years of care and understanding,
