I don’t understand the bad reviews on this doctors surgery. I was a patient of this surgery a few years ago and had to leave as I moved out of the area and I have recently rejoined and I have had nothing but a fantastic if not better service since I have returned as a patient. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful never had a problem. I can get appointments when I need them and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have only met one doctor since I have returned but she is the best GP I have ever dealt with. Dr Chandni Deb-Dhillon has had consultations with both my son and I. She’s kind, caring and compassionate and is a credit to this GP surgery. She listens and understands your concerns this can’t be said for other GPs in other local practices. I have advised my family to join this practice due to how efficient she is, what a wonderful GP!

I can't fault this surgery with how they've been with myself & my children.
Never have a problem getting an appointment & dr deb is amazing!! Never rushes you or makes you feel silly.

I can not rate this surgery, Doctors, health care professionals and Office team highly enough.
They are professional, responsive, compassionate and extremely supportive.
My elderly parents have received incredible medical and emotional care. They are wonderful!

1) GPs, Nurses and Health Care workers (5 star review is for them) :
- All of the medical staff / clinicians I have encountered have been good, very helpful and tactful. The nurses /HCAs go above and beyond
- Dr Deb - Dhillon is the best GP I have ever had, she has pleasantly surprised me. She treats me as an individual and doesn't just make a load of presumptions based on a diagnosis, she's non judgmental and seems to genuinely care about her patients, which has made me feel as if I can be honest and has built my trust on a personal level - allowing for more effective treatment. Wish we had more GPs like her and I have recommended several friends to the practice as a result. Would like to extend my praise and thanks to her for years of support.
2) Office staff / reception:
- They aren't 'terrible' and I think some of the reviews are a bit excessive. Medical receptionists / office staff seem to have a bad reputation in every practice, I understand they have a tough job and some patients can be demanding but I think some of them could be a bit more tactful and friendlier going forward as feedback.

Dr Vino is THE best GP I have ever had.
She's a wonderful doctor with an obviously busy workload but always has so much time for you.
In the years my family and I have seen her she has gone above and beyond for us.
We have relocated to a different city now so no longer see Dr Vino but I can say with certainty I will never find another GP anywhere near as amazing as her!
Thank you for absolutely everything Dr Vino you truly are one in a billion!!

Best GP practice. The receptionists are both friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The patient's needs comes first, the doctors have time to listen to you. When you ring, the phone is answered within minutes. It is a proper "good old fashioned "GP practice which is rare these days. Everyone has their own GP who gets to know you and a connection develops between doctor and patient. I can't speak highly enough of them.

Great practice, on two floors, stairs steep but doctors will come downstairs if unable to climb stairs. Good parking at the rear. Parking at the front is limited to the disabled.
Appointments within a reasonable time unless you require to see a particular doctor. Emergency appointments can usually be accommodated by calling at 8.30am.
JUNE 22nd 2020
Visited Monday 22nd June by appointment. Because of the covid19 problem appointment had to be booked in advance with instructions to telephone them on arrival to announce yourself. When ready they will let you in. I was informed that each consulting room would allow appointments with a gap of 15 minuites to allow full cleaning. I was offered a mask on arrival by I had my own. The nurse (Beckie) was fully gowned with mask visor, apron and gloves to do all my sats and tests. I then saw Dr. Veno for an examination also with a full set of PPE. Aii well planned and effeciently and safely carried out. Well done

I was very impressed with their quick service. A very polite receptionist by the name of Ruchi & a quick appointment with Dr Turner. Couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism. Thank You. Keep up the brilliant work.
