I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Ana The Skin Clinic and was taken care of by Anastassia, who is absolutely fantastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable. As someone who is cautious and particular about my skin, I was initially apprehensive about starting a course of Secret RF treatment. However, from the moment I met Anastassia, she put me at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor. She took the time to understand my concerns and goals, and she provided thorough explanations of the treatment process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed. Dr Ana has been my Derm for 2.5 years now. She is professional, friendly, helpful and always ready to give advice/guidance. I attended her new clinic for Botox treatment (my first time getting Botox), she fully explained the potential risks/side effects, how often I should look at getting botox, follow-up procedure and when I should expect to see visible results.
