I always look forward to my visits to the salon! Becky and Luisa are so welcoming. I have very stiff shoulders caused by sitting at my desk for long periods and Becky does a brilliant job of massaging out the knots - I feel so much better and thoroughly relaxed after a visit to Utopia. Utopia is the best place to be when you need to relax! The minute I walked in I felt relaxed straight away!! I had a Therapeutic Back Massage by Luisa! I have never felt better after! The whole massage was amazing and was extremely relaxed! And as well to experience LED light therapy and hot stones was an amazing feeling! My back never felt so much better! And the facial included made me feel even better! Thanks Luisa!!

I had another treatment booked, but due to a few changes in my skin over the last week or so, Becky kindly suggested an alternative treatment in order to focus on the issues/areas affected. The neck/shoulder massage was fantastic too! Definitely overdue and needed!! The staff are friendly and overall it feels like a welcoming place. Lovely place and staff all friendly. Ive had massages, lash lift, eye brow tint and lashes and pleased with everything. Had skin analysis today and looking forward to trying the Environ skincare products I purchased as part of a programme to get my skin looking as good as it can. Becky tends to do my treatments and she is very professional and knows what she is talking about. Luisa the owner is always very kind and helpful.

I have been going to Utopia now for many years and always have received 5 star treatment. From waxing to facials to massage, I have experienced many treatments here and by all different levels of staff and all equally good. From the greeting at the door to the minute you leave, you feel relaxed and comfortable having a good chat with all of the team there. Louisa and Becky are superb and run the salon very professionally. Their deals are great value for money! The prices are quite high but you definitely get what you pay for, their knowledge and expertise within skincare are spot on (no pun intended!) and work wonders everytime! I always recommend them and shall continue going there regularly for my monthly TLC appointments! Thank you girls x x x

Having had a particularly long half term, along with having a few back twinges, I decided to go and get a massage at Utopia again. This time I opted for the hot stones massage. I'm not sure what I expected exactly (balancing stones on my back maybe?!) but the reality far exceeded my expectations! The masseuse took time to discuss what I wanted and helped me to feel completely relaxed. She mixed manual massage along with the heated stones massage and it was extremely relaxing whilst also feeling though my muscles were being firmly eased/softened. The polished stones mean a deeper but smoother working of the back. I sometimes find it hard to relax at all but the heated stones were gliding across my back and I felt extremely comfortable and calm, particularly the 'figure of eight' work in my lower back and the working of the spine. It is the closest I've come to falling asleep on a massage table! Definitely try it, especially if you find it hard to relax on the massage table as the heat is a massively positive element to the experience. My only question is whether the hot stones can be used in a full body massage as I would definitely be interested!

Came for my first ever spray tan for my best friends wedding. Ela made me feel very comfortable , she took time to sit with me and get a feel for what I was looking for. She gave me options and explained these fully. The process was easy and over before I knew it, I haven’t got the best body but there was no need for me to feel awkward the tan was fab and lasted well for the wedding. I have already recommended the salon to a work friend who has booked her daughter in for a spray tan for her prom thank you Ela I would definitely return.

I have known of this salon since their inception but for some unknown reason, it took me a while to visit. I would never go anywhere else. You enter a beautiful salon, you are always greeted warmly by beautiful members of staff, you are well looked after whilst you are there and, from the first visit onwards, you are no longer a customer, but a part of the Utopia family. I said it before and I’ll say it again, I would never go anywhere else because, in my honest opinion, there is no way to improve on perfection. Utopia truly is the best salon around :-)

I have been using Utopia for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the salon. The owner is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about her business. I have my nails done every 2 weeks and look forward to my appointment. I have never had an issue with booking an appointment or indeed any mix ups. I am constantly having to change my appointments due to work commitments and they have never been anything but accommodating. ALL of the staff are very friendly and it seems to me that she has had the same members of staff in there for a while, which only suggests to me that Utopia is a great place to work. Keep up the good work Utopia!!!!

I visited the skin bar with Becky and I found the experience very interesting and informative. We looked at the picture of my face and she explained what each part of the bar chart meant. She recommended the products that she felt would be right for me and wrote down each step, which was really helpful. After the skin bar I had a lovely relaxing massage with Catherine. She asked me what pressure I would like and I found it very de-stressing. Catherine is very polite and I felt at easy in her company. I feel she is an asset to your business. Thank you so much. Cindy was really friendly and talked me through the massage, she also asked me what pressure I prefered. She asked what areas I thought needed more attention and she took care in concentrating on those areas. The stones added an extra dimension to the massage. I think the heat and the solid form of the stones really made a difference and I could feel the benefits straight away. Cindy answered any questions that I had and she was very proficient. I'd never had a hot stone massage before but I shall definitely be having one again. I enjoyed it that much that I've booked for my Mom to have one too! I would highly recommend the 45 minute massage - thank you Cindy, for helping me to relax and de-stress. Laura

So delighted!! :) 6 months ago I had my first facial here. My skin was spotty and congested and I did not know why!!! My consultant believed I was using products that where too rich for my skin. Since then, I have had one facial ever month and I am a new woman!!! No more spots, redness or blackheads (even though I am almost 40!!) and my skin feels smooth, fresh and blemish free! I would recommend this salon to my friends and family. It is clean, professional, friendly, relaxing and most of all effective!!

I have been a customer at Utopia for eight and a half years. I had tried many salons but this is by far my favourite. I love all the offers, newsletters and new treatments they keep bringing in my usual treatments are waxing and facials, but I have been converted to their spray tans lately. The facials are my favourite and the girls always give lots of tips for home care. I used to suffer with adult acne but thanks to their expertise its all under control and I get compliments about my skin for the first time ever in my life (that's the first time in 38 years!!!) I find everyone there is always friendly, professional, polite and so knowledgable I will never go anywhere else

Booked for spray tan but as I have skin issues it was decided, after consultation, not to go ahead. I fully respect that decision. I think I was booked in with the manager - she was very professional explaining possible outcome of going ahead. She was more concerned about the result - which she said I would not be happy with - than talking my money. I was disappointed but absolutely understood her position.

My first appointment with Becky was at The Skin Bar. This is where she asked me lots of questions about my lifestyle and about my skin and make up regimen. As someone who washes their face in the shower and only wears minimal make up at the weekends this was pretty brief. Becky then explained how the photo of my face would be taken and what the photos would be showing. She also told me how this can help her choose a new regimen for me. I was quite shocked at the results and the graph that came back after analysing my skin. I feel this was the kick I needed to start thinking more deeply about skin care. Becky provided me with lots of information about how Environ works and the unique selling points. She recommended products that I should use and explained how to use each one. This was very useful to me as I have never taken skin care seriously before and didn’t have a clue where to start. She showed me each product and let me sample them. Again she gave me more detail about how they would work for me and what results I should see. After The Skin Bar I went for my 90min Environ facial. I have been for one before but Becky exaplined each step and what I should expect from each one. The facial is such a surreal but relaxing experience. I really felt as if the pulsed currents and the sound waves where really penetrating my skin. This sounds painful but it’s really quite therapeutic. I even found myself falling asleep! Once Becky had applied the mask she gave me an amazing neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. This just added another dimension to the luxury treatment that I was receiving. Once the mask was removed I genuinely could feel the results straight away. My skin felt silky smooth and the whole experience left me feeling replenished. When we came back down onto the salon floor Becky introduce me to Jane Iredale mineral make up. She applied a primer, Dream Tint and hydration spray. When I looked in the mirror I was amazed at how flawless my skin appeared. It gave me a really natural looking skin tone but with a glowy finish. I shall definitely be ditching my Clinique foundation and swapping to Dream Tint when I run out! I really enjoyed my experience at Uopia and I would recommend an Environ facial to anybody. Although some may say that the price may be a little steep I believe that it’s worth investing in my skin in the long term having seen the results of my treatment. I left with a big smile on my face and a bag full of goodies. I feel I now have the knowledge and the products to start making a real difference to my skin. I am super excited to begin my new lifestyle for my face! On a side note when I got home both my Mom and my boyfriend said, on separate occasions how great my skin looked. My boyfriend even described it as plump and glowing. Which is a huge compliment to Becky! Thank you Ela for recommending the treatment and a massive thank you to Becky for giving me the confidence and understanding of how to start looking after my skin.
