This is a very welcoming centre in a great location which is easy to find and close to the sea. The staff are most helpful if we need to speak to someone on the phone and when my husband attends for dialysis sessions. It is clean and very well run and the lovely nursing team are a mother and son. We have been two years running and have booked again for next year. We would highly recommend.

Well located and very pleasant experience. Nurses were both friendly and efficient and both very knowledgeable about renal problems. Start time was varied as I had a distance to travel from near Dorchester. Would certainly book for next year after we find closer accomodation.

Our dad attended KC Dialysis, Southbourne last week for couple of days and he was overwhelmed by the whole experience. He was made so welcome and the facilities were fantastic. My second holiday based on the expert treatment at KC rather than the hotel. Professional, very friendly and only about 7 chairs so it feels like popping into their house for tea and toast. Have stayed in half a dozen hospitals abroad and in the UK but KC beats them all.

I recently had a week's holiday in Bournemouth and had my dialysis treatment here. Booking via email was easy, Raj was happy to answer any queries and sent all the paperwork for my unit to complete. The centre itself is near the beach and easy to find. The machines are all Fresenius; I just supplied my own Heparin etc.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and to the high standard you would expect. A family run unit; the staff were all lovely and highly professional. I had no worries whatsoever about my care whilst on dialysis and was even offered coffee and toast! I would definitely go back and have no hesitation in recommending KC Dialysis Centre for worry- free treatment during your holiday.
