g. S.The reception staff allowed me to stay and wait with my husband, they even made a few friendly jokes to ease the nerves.
The receptionist gave us a mask as we didn’t have one. The reception team were friendly, funny, caring and took their time to make sure we were ok.
The surgeon and team were also very polite and friendly, even though we were the last patient of the day they still treated us as if we were the first.
Very happy with the clinic and would speak highly of them if anyone wanted information about the clinic.

P.I attended Pelhams Clinic for a minor operation. The staff were so friendly and reassuring from the point of entering the building. The man who welcomed me in and the surgeon and her assistants could not have been more professional and caring. I was very impressed. They were engaging and kind making me feel confident that I was in safe hands. I would have no qualms at attending this clinic again should I need to. The whole procedure was professional, quick and painless. An explanation of what would happen and how to care for the wound afterwards was very clear and thorough. I cannot fault this clinic based on my experience.

K.I cannot praise the staff here enough I was VERY VERY nervous but was put a ease by everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and my amazing doctor /surgeon maRia who I was lucky enough to do my miner op(2ingrowns toenails) I actually left there in a great mood at meeting such nice cheerfully funny people I was a bit of a woose to start with but they were amazin now I call that a great outcome to a day I been dreading for so long thank you everyone a Pelhams your amazing yours michele know x
