V. V.I have been following Dr Ayanna for a year before to book my first appointment in with her which was yesterday. I never had any injection done on my face before and I don't know much about cosmetic treatments. But Dr Ayanna took her time to answer to all my questions without making me feel rushed. she recommended me some treatments that I had done on the day like botox and fillers explaining the actions on the skin muscles and skin volume for one of each. The whole experience has been full of details that she took time to explain. She gave me an anti stress ball to squeeze during the injections and it felt nice but thinking about it now I didn't really needed it as I didn't feel pain at all all the way though and either today that is the day after.
She makes you feel comfortable, is very polite and professionale and very very soft handed. Today I woke up and my face looked amazing, no bruises or redness. I am very happy with the outcome and feeling much better with myself.
when it got to the payment moment I don't know how I completely forgot my pin and tried to transfer money and it took a while as I got anxious that was happening and kept typing all the codes wrong but she didn't make me feel umcomfortable about it and she's been very nice until the payment was done.
I can't recommend more this Doctor, I had a very relaxing time and she has been professional and kind, giving me good professional advices all the way through.
All the protection for covid where in place, she took extra care of that and it felt extremely clean, sanitized and safe.

V. H.I visited Dr Ayanna Knight for the removal of some skin tags which had been bothering me for a few years. The Clinic was very welcoming, and clearly marked out with the relevant social distancing measures put into place.
Dr Ayanna was very polite, professional and has a lovely calm demeanour which puts you at ease straight away. The procedure itself was relatively straight forward, and I could hardly feel a thing! I have quite deep static horizontal lines on my forehead and also quite a low brow so didn’t want to lose too much movement of my brows. F. H.I went to Dr Knight to have a couple of unsightly moles removed from above my eyebrow. She was totally professional, friendly and very kind. Her office was beautifully presented.
She was appropriately dressed and the procedure was done in a hygienic way - I was asked to sanitise my hands, and put on a mask and gloves.
The mole removal Itself was a little bit uncomfortable. I’ve got to wait a little while before the area heals up. Dr Knight has assured me that there will be no scars if I follow her instructions on caring for the area.
Best of all the treatment cost was very affordable, and much less that I have been quoted in the past. It was only that made me wait so long, but now it’s done I don’t regret it.

A. S.Dr Knight made me feel so relaxed and she answered all my questions thoroughly. This was my first time doing anything like this. I had Botox which lasted about 6 months, the longevity is different for different people. Dr Knight's office is really calming and she's just really lovely. After my first injections I went back for my check up and wanted slightly stronger results so she did some more injections and made a note for next time so she'll know how much I'll need. She also gave great impartial advice on the results I want in different areas. A good experience for me!

They also provide excellent customer service. There was a particular incident that occurred and how it was handled that made me really happy. I was accidentally sent a wrong product and as per the usual procedure you would either be asked to return it and the correct product sent, or issued a full refund but I was truly impressed as to how they handled the issue . They not only apologized but asked that I keep the item and keep using it because it would still help keep my hyperpigmentation at bay and that way there is also no break in treatment while they send the correct product I requested for. Meaning I got to keep both items.
No Dr can ever!!!!! At least from my experience majority are more concerned about profit rather than their clients. So Dr Ayanna I truly appreciate you and the team. Thank you.

P.My son had lots of deep spots appearing around his forehead and face but since starting Obagi acne treatment and LED light therapy his skin is smoother and got read of deep acne. He is so happy with the treatment. I also think it has made him to look after his skin better. V. Y.Great clinic and very safe especially under COVID-19 restrictions.The consultations are very useful and have improved my skin a lot. It is always healthy to go for regular checkups to a dermatologist and I highly recommend Dr. Ayanna Knight because she is very professional but at the same time kind, and her methods are quite effective.

L. M.I bought 6 doses of the 1mcg Self injection B12 kit and one dose of 5mcg to get me started. I have been diagnosed as requiring quarterly B12 injections on the NHS but I always had symptom flare ups in between, leading to palpitations and pins and needles during lockdown.
I am now on a 1mcg monthly regime and I have so much more energy and my neurological symptoms have significantly improved in the last 5 months since starting treatment.
The kit came with everything I needed: syringes, needles, swabs, sterile wipes, even a sharps bin, and it was all nicely packaged. I am lucky that my husband is a trained medical professional, so he administers the injection, but instructions are supplied. Whenever I have had any queries, the company have been very quick to get back to me, and often Dr Knight replies herself. These injections were a lifeline during lockdown and I will continue to top up between my NHS doses. I highly recommend the product and the company.

L.I went to Dr Ayanna as I was increasingly conscious of my frown lines and under eye wrinkles. I had hesitations about botox but Dr Ayanna explained everything and made me feel very relaxed about the treatment. S. Y.I have been having B12 injections for the last 10 years every 10 weeks, then lockdown happened, since then I can't get any straight answers from my GP's practice. So after months I eventually plucked up the courage to make contact with Dr Ayanna's clinic to speak to someone and get advice on the B12 injections they sell. I had a phone consultation with David, we went through everything, health checks, etc etc. I bought 6 b12 injections in June, oh my goodness how I wish I'd made contact months earlier, Ithe injections have made me feel human again brilliant. If anyone is reading this and they aren't sure, buy them, you won't be getting them anytime soon, if ever again on the NHS, take control again of your life.

Since then i have had minimal hay fever symptoms. Where as before i had been suffering from very sore itchy eyes, tight chest, itchy throat i now have very mild and no need to take extra medication. I highly recommend it.

a. s.I recently had two sessions of salicylic acid peel and LED light therapy done with Dr Ayanna knight since I suffer with mild acne, before I went to Dr Knight my face was very dry and was breaking out very badly, so I booked a consultation with Dr Knight not knowing what to expect but when I got there she was very welcoming I felt relaxed she listened to what I had to say and then she explained to me what kind of treatments I needed and how they would benefit my skin, so I went ahead with the treatments and best decision I ever made, after doing my treatments with Dr Knight my face feels and looks really soft and smooth with a glow and my spots have drastically reduce, now when I look at my self in the mirror I can smile before I used to be depressed with how dry and dull it used to be, also the obagi products I was recommended to include in my skincare regimen helped me out a lot, so overall am a very satisfied client and would 100% recommend Dr Ayanna Knight she's an amazing person, thank you Dr Knight .
