Definitely recommend! Having to work from home since Covid, I have developed a very stubborn neck-ache. I don’t have proper office furniture at home, so I ended up sitting like a shrimp all the time... One day, it got so bad that my neck was totally seized up. I found myself calling Orbit Therapies, not having any other option. Lauren immediately squeezed in a last-minute treatment for me on the day for lunch time. She used two needles, and I was able to move my neck again almost instantly. I was absolutely stunned! I booked in regular sessions with her after that. She takes her job very seriously and has a very calming nature. Next, I might try her facial acupuncture :) She 100% deserves 5 stars!

Had two treatments done. Great Swedish massage. Felt like my back muscles needed some attention and felt the tension drain away. First time getting acupuncture and I would recommend it to anyone, can feel an improvement in my shoulder and apparently I had 18 needles stuck in me and didn't feel much if anything. Definitely going for more treatment. Lauren was great, very relaxed, which made me relaxed, patient and a calming vibe because I wasn't sure what to expect for my first time. All thumbs up.

I have been treated by Lauren for several years now, for issues ranging from the general and relatively straightforward, to the specific and more complex. She is confident in her ever increasing powers, diligent in all aspects of her trade, and importantly, compassionate. Very pleased with the progress of a long term painful problem with both hands, caused by different issues, not related to rheumatism or any of the usual joint pains. Have now seen Lauren twice and have noticed an improvement generally in the pain levels, but especially pleased with my middle finger straightening again from its hooked position. So glad I found her practice.

I visited Lauren for some acupuncture to treat a stubborn, reoccurring, sports injury in my foot causing me a lot of pain whilst running and walking. I'd never been 'stabbed' before so was pretty apprehensive. Lauren was very calming and took a considered approach talking me through the process before and during my treatment. The best bit? My foot felt better almost immediately and I went for a run the next day without the pain coming back!

Warmly recommended! I have recently received treatment from both Lauren and David. They are kind, down-to-earth, competent and knowledgeable each within their fields. The therapy setting is itself a treat - you feel a little like your are momentarily retreating from the bustle of daily life. A real, local treasure.
