C.This place is amazing! What I'd say a Doctors used to be like 20 years ago. Polite, helpful and efficient staff, and I have been well cared for when needed. Perhaps those who are moaning are rude to the staff instead of thanking them for all they do? What goes round comes around!
I came from another doctors where if you wanted a appointment you have to book at least six weeks in advance for a phone call, longer for face to face! Here, I can call reception and see someone within a week. What's the moaning about?

L.“4 weeks to wait for an appointment”- it’s a bit tricky to plan an appointment four weeks in advance of something that hasn’t yet happened! That’s if you have a couple of spare hours to try a few times to get through on the phone. Is this normal or is this the problem South Glos council and property developers cashing in on thousands of houses being built against a town’s wishes and nothing being done about infrastructure or already over stretched services?
M.I can Highley recommend St Mary's Street Surgery. I have found the receptionists to be helpfull and knowledgeable evan under pressure.
The doctors I have met have been professional, caring and have listened. The ongoing care and advice has been a God send to my family.
f. h.Doctors and nurses are good... but they do have some very unhelpful receptionists. If you get one of them (you will know) - then my advice would be to hang up and call another day in the hope that you get a more helpful person.
