I been attending sessions for 8 months, and I've been amazed at the benefits Acupuncture has given. I've found Charley to be extremely professional, and the treatment room is in a lovely setting over looking Queens Square.

I had a treatment with Charley on my 30th birthday, it was such a beautiful experience. She was attentive, intuitive and I felt completely at ease. She gave me all the time and care I needed for the treatment, this was my first time having acupuncture and I am sold! Her attention to detail, from the welcoming calm atmosphere of her treatment room, to her ability to truly see you is second to none. I feel very blessed to have had such an experience.. I would highly recommend Charley Roux! I had back issues for so long and tried many different 'treatments', including seeing a chiropractor, but nothing helped. The difference after seeing Charley, even after the first session, was miraculous! She is so welcoming and calming, and really listens and understands your needs. Had acupuncture and cupping following a car accident and I was not exactly sold before as I'd tried a load of things to sort my back and associated nerve problems better. My muscular and nerve problems decreased massively after a few sessions. had chiropractor to sort out structural back problems and am now healed after nearly 7 years. had a few acupuncture sessions one other time years ago but didn't really do anything. Charley was super detailed in her assessment and really relaxing during sessions. I felt pretty good in myself after as well which is nice.

Having had mixed experiences with 'dry needling' in the past from feeling light headed to nothing at all I didn't really know what to expect with Acupuncture. Charley made me feel very much at ease, even when not feeling entirely comfortable around needles (which I didn't even feel go in!). She explained everything as she went along and I could instantly feel 'energy' moving in my legs after. After I felt much more balanced and calm, a much different experience to the dry needling i'd had before. So far I have had two sessions and thoroughly enjoyed them, Charley is really amazing at what she does, i'm already looking forward to my next!

2020 has taken the world aback in many ways and, at a time where no more needs laying on one's plate, it took my back with it; specifically my rotator cuff, which induced pain throughout my back, neck, and arm on its accompanying side. Being a very active, strong willed, and overly proud, I found it difficult to admit to my situation and get help. I hadn't considered cupping or Eastern acupuncture, but as I tried alternative Western approaches, including acupuncture, to no avail, I sought out Charley's talents through recommendation. I would say I never looked back, but actually that's something she enabled me to do without being in pain after our first session; I was mystified how she traced, almost without any feedback, the pain, as it shifted through my body, with every needle, and brought almost instant relaxation to muscles that had been holding my weakened body in distorted form. With body at ease, came mind's, as I sat there taken aback by the knowledge being imparted atop of the skills; as needles found their way to my affected pathways I was given guidance on what I may feel, so as to alleviate shock in some instances, and informed what meaning was being derived from my state. After a few sessions I felt a 'normal' returning to me and a more optimistic attitude now that I could work on the physio without the unrelenting pain. The service I was provided was stellar and steeped in love, and the healing I recieved was immediately impressive. I will be grateful to recieve further treatment for lesser ailments, and for an upkeep of my self as per the practices and knowledge Charley embraces.
