G. D. J. S.I cannot fault anything about this GP surgery. The doctors are very friendly, take their time to help me understand what is wrong and find solutions and options for me, and are very nice, caring people. If I ring up in the morning I can guarantee I will be called later by one of the doctors. By far the best GPs I have had. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s useful they have their own pharmacy. I cannot compliment them or recommend them enough. Thank you!
L. O.I have been with Crwys Medical Centre for over 40yr. They have always gone above and beyond to help us. The receptionists are great, they have a very hard job to do, the nurses are wonderful, and the Doctors are always delivering the best treatments available.

J. Y.This is the ONLY good surgery in Cardiff by a long shot! I have been with them for 19 years and have never had a problem. Lovely receptionists who do everything they can for you. Have always been so lovely to my grandmother who is hard of hearing and always engage in conversation with her. It doesn't matter which doctor or nurse you see, they all make you feel comfortable and really listen to you.
It's a shame that I changed my GP when I lived in London as now I have returned I am no longer in the catchment area to come back which is really heartbreaking. My current doctor keeps telling me to ring back every day I ring... I have serious knee pain and need an MRI and can't even work.
Once you join, do not leave!
Considering moving back to a home in the catchment area just to be able to join the surgery again.
M. T.I was a patient of this practice for over ten years and have had consistently good service. A wide range of services are offered in a clean environment. The doctors and nurses are lovely and they are on top of timely follow up. Yes, out necessity, they have grown stricter regarding missed appointments but at some point we have to take responsibility for our health and avoid needless waste of appointments.

Over the years I have had consultations with all of the GPs at the practice. I have always found them all to be competent and professional with a pleasing manner. I am very happy with the care provided.
L. B.Dr Johnson has been my GP since she joined the Practice. Throuhout that time she has NEVER refused to see me. She has CONSISTENTLY been an EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY GP. I have a serious enduring condition and she is happy to liaise with my Consultant. She also helps me manage any other injuries/illnesses, refering me to Specialist Services when needed. She is also willing to advocate on my behalf. I would rate her as a FIRST CLASS GP, one of the best I have ever seen. She is EXTREMELY DEDICATED AND CARING. I would recommend her to anyone.
E. K.Dr Everest and Dr Quarry are the best doctors anyone could ever ask for. Other 3 doctors eeeeh, but not horrible, usually though won't listen to what you're saying to them. Receptionists are fab, and so is everyone else.
