S. W.This was my last doctors' surgery. I really didn't want to leave when I moved away. They are extremely accommodating. You can nearly always get a same say appointment. Dr Harland is caring and compassionate. On one occasion I had an appointment for heart palpitations and when I arrived they had already set up to carry out an ecg before my appointment. I can't rate them highly enough.
A. A.The GPs at the surgery are incredible and are always so willing to do what they can, even if it is outside their remit. Furthermore, all of the reception staff are lovely and helpful, and again will do what they can to provide support. Appointments are often given on the day so you see a doctor or nurse when you need one, and you can do so much at the surgery unlikes in other practices where you need to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend Coggeshall Surgery and regularly do - they often can't accept new patients and this is because they are so good.
