I went to Rob after struggling with headaches (sometimes migraines) most weeks of the month for several years and not wanting to take pain meds. The first session cleared 90% of them up. The second session finished the job. It was such a relief and I feel like I have so much more energy and focus again. He has also helped shift upper back, neck and shoulder pain. He's one of my go-to health care professionals. I highly recommend Rob. He's a kind soul who has so much experience and is always expanding his knowledge to offer the best care possible.

Damaged my lower back muscles and went into spasm resulting in a trip to A&E as I could not move. Heavy duty pain relief didn't touch the pain, nor did Osteopath. However after just 1 session with Rob the pain subsided by a third. Three more sessions over 4 weeks and I am pretty much pain free bar the odd ache. Even went to a golf driving range and hit some balls yesterday! Thoroughly nice guy who explained everything to ease me through what is a painless procedure. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
