I have no reason whatsoever to complain about the service I have received from staff, nurses and GPs at this surgery First class.

Fantastic surgery wonderful staff. Always polite, helpful and reassuring. They've helped me for many years with personal issues. Recently after hearing that they could possibly be merging with another GP which is over a 1 hour walk away from me I'm now worried my anxiety levels are soaring. I always walk to my GP in Bentley due to public transport being too much for me. I'm now faced with the possibility of having to change GP to someone who doesn't know me and my personal issues or having to walk miles and stay in my comfort zone. The bentley surgery offers mon-fri appointments of they merge with another practice it would mean a loss of days too available for a person to see their normal doctor. 🤔🙁

Great surgery, great doctors but the only let down is the waiting time. You get given an appointment for example at 4pm and will be seen at about 4.30pm. 😞

I needed some support from the surgery regarding a young person on my caseload. Marie Bidwell was amazing! So helpful she understood exactly what I needed and made sure she followed up my queries regarding a prescription. This saved me alot of valuable time, supported the young person and helped me understand the cost of prescribed medications. It's a great surgery when you actually get an appointment. In order to get the appointment though you need to phone them, and that's where it gets tricky. When phoning them, around 90% of the time nobody answers. It needs to work on it's reception staff answering the phone.
