Reviews of Bellyeoman GP Surgery
M. J.My experience with Bellyeoman GP Surgery over the past two days was terrible. There are insufficient appointments to cover demand, and a faulty telephone queue system. A compassionless, responsibility-dodging receptionist left me without medical care, nor any assistance in helping to find care elsewhere, despite urgently needing it. I recommend not enrolling at this surgery until it is greatly improved.
Edit: I have raised the rating after going through a complaints process and resolution. I cannot fault the practice manager and my doctor. Both were excellent. It is the front line where I experienced problems. I hope they address them soon.

K. K.I was impressed with Bellyeoman Surgery, we've been to other surgeries in the area but Bellyeoman is the one we've been most satisfied with.
I was worried about the parking at first but I've been there at all times of the day and have always found a space.
The staff have been nothing but helpful and made things I expected to be difficult very simple.
The only thing I would like improved would be if they could make the rota for their late evenings public. The late evening changes weekly based on which doctor's are on shift. It would nice to know a fortnight in advance if possible.

The receptionists are very pleasant aswell. If I phone for a doctor to come out they never question me as they know if I was able I would go along. Broke my leg 3 months ago and the hospital aftercare was non existant and no help with connected issues but the staff at Bellyeoman turned up trumps and helped with everything I needed
To me they are all wonderful and made my months of being housebound so much more bearable
