S. l.Had to ring up after a fault in a prescription. Hannah the receptionist answered and she was lovely and gentle and worked her hardest to help us sort it out. Really nice experience cant thank her enough.

Decent appointment times and I have had one or two emergency visits without any problems at all (very quick)
The online prescription system is well managed and prescriptions can be picked up in 3 or 4 days from the Chemist next door.

T. D.Excellent service been with practice since birth but this i 3rd building. Excellent service and had contact with other surgeries and can say Sacriston is the best can always get appointment either in person or over the phone might not be with chooen doctor but thats least of an issue as i can now do this online and choose who i want to see i can also order repeat prescriptions too. All staff are extremely friendly and friendly . Over the last five years since i was seriously ill i can honestly say Sacriston Surgery are outstanding x

T. l.Only been with the surgery since april 2017 but so far no problems at all. Diabetes support is by far the best i have encountered, receptionists all so helpful and always try to help. Never yet been told to come back again or try next day for an appointment.

C. H. L. C.I rang yesterday for an emergency appointment. I was told Dr McGonnell (Sp?) would call me back. I sat all day waiting for the phone call which never came. 2nd time it has happened to me. A generous 3 stars as the service when I do get seen is good.

H.Marcia has bad anxeity will only see Dr holmes who is great and it's obv he cares there's a couple of receptionist who are grumpy and abrupt apart from that it's a great surgery also the nurse beryl is lovely she cares to it's a shame and disgusting that nurses have 5 mins per patient to treat them doctors 15 mins which puts staff under more pressure we are human not items on conveyeŕ belt so thank you to staff who some will go the extra mile go help
