Fast and efficient. Called in the morning (8:15am) and got through immediately. GP called back an hour later and was asked to come in for 11:30 on the same day. Staff were all very nice and easy to engage with.

Having just had to deal with another medical practice on behalf of my mother, I am suddenly aware of how efficient Conan Doyle Medical Centre at Cameron Toll is. At this other place (in Edinburgh) you have to phone up at 8am to the minute if you want any chance of getting an appointment and if you try to arrange a phone consultation you have to wait more than two weeks. I always seem to get an appointment with the doctor or the nurse as required with Conan Doyle and the everyone seems very personable.
