S. M.Fantastic reception team - efficient, professional and compassionate. The doctors are equally amazing. I’ve honestly had better to care at this practice in the last 12 months than I had at my previous surgery which I was a patient for 30+ years.
T. K.The Whinpark Medical Centre staff have always been efficient, professional, listened to my problems and gave me advice and did their best in getting to the root of the problem. The receptionists do ask you what is wrong, but that is only to know who to connect you with. The waiting lines are long like anywhere in the NHS right now, but when you do get an appointment they take their time, and offer high quality medical service. A big thanks to everyone working there for the attention and kindness. Highly recommended!
