I've been here for many years, and I have always found the staff and reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. They will always try and help and guide you. They are a pleasure to speak to. As for the Drs, they always listen, especially the amazing Dr Masson. There are no words for how he treats me, and also how he treats the others that I know attend the surgery too. Care is 100%, and it always shows.5*

Excellent GP Practice. If at all possible you get an emergency appointment on the same day. Great to be able to book online but if need to phone receptionists are always very helpful. The new medical center seems to be working very well. We consider ourselves very lucky to be in such an excellent practice.

By far the best practice in the area. Many people I know struggle to get appointments, feel rushed or given poor treatment. This is not the case at this practice. There are always appointments available and you can book them online along with ordering repeat prescriptions at a time that suits you. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The doctors gave given me no end of support and shown patience and kindness when I needed it. I frequently recommend them to people who tell me they are u happy with their gp and others I know at this practice also love it.

Great family practice, emergency apps on the same day. Great medical team, have been with this practice for about 30 years, the doctors are thorough and explore every avenue to make you better. Trustworthy team with excellent communication skills and the ability to reassure you of their best attention. Doesn't get any better than this.

Dr Masson has been our family Dr for a number of years and we can't recommend him highly enough. Very patient and helpful. Always takes time and follows up after appt. He has been excellent with our kids since they were born. Nice modern practice and friendly staff.

Been with this practice for nearly 40 years and would never dream of going anywhere else as the staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Very rare cannot get an appointment for same day, also easier if you use the online facility for appointments and repeat prescriptions. New practice is very spacious and modern and seems to be working well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice, their staff and the doctors. They have worked tirelessly over the last 10 years to ensure that my wife's chronic health condition is managed and treated appropriately and in a way which allows her to live her life as fully as she can. They fought for her when no-one else would, they supported her and nurtured her through some very, very dark times in her health. I moved to the surgery when we moved to the area and my own experience has been nothing but positive, too. I have always been dealt with politely, with good humour and understanding of any illness or problem I have presented with. An excellent GP Surgery and team! This practice just goes from strength to strength!! Having had amazing support in the past from Dr Geddes (who we all miss!!), I have to say that my recent visits to Dr. Masson have shown me what a great practice this is all round - it's not just one doctor that makes this practice, it's all of them! And all of the rest of the staff around them, from the practice nurses to the office and support staff. Approachable, understanding and knowledgable. These guys aren't just your day to day GPs - they really care and they really invest in the practice, their training and us as their patients! Just check out their Facebook page to see what they get up to to give us as much support, attention and up-to-date care as they can! And having just come back from their drop-in flu clinic this morning - where my visit was very quick and painless - what a brilliant team! Definitely worthy of more than 5 stars!! Excellent GP practice. Easy online or telephone booking and they will always try their very best to fit you in same day if an emergency. If a same day appointment is not needed there will always be something available within a couple of days. Doctors are great and provide an excellent, personal service.

I have been a patient at this practice for almost 55 years so have some experience of Clarkston Medical.I have always found the staff very welcoming and helpful.The practice has changed over the years and is very forward looking and keeps up with advances in patient care.I am impressed with the many update courses the doctors attend and the new equipment which saves patients a trip to hospital. On line services for appointments and repeat prescriptions are very useful.The Facebook page is very informative and helpful and adds some humour.The new premises are excellent and the coffee shop welcome.I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of Clarkston Medical and am happy for this review to be used.

"I was very pleased with my experience at Clarkston Medical Practise. I can be a hard critic of medical care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. Every time I visit, it is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctors and all the other employees make me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also.
