This is one of the best practices I have been a patient with. They treat me with dignity and respect and all staff show empathy to your needs. You get face to face and telephone appointments promptly. I work in 111 and assure you deal with patients complaints daily as they cannot get their practices to answer their phone calls. I can only say I feel luck to be a patient of Crookston Medical Practice.

Never had a practice so well run and organised. Many friends and family can’t believe how responsive their system is to medical appointments. My husband and I have 3 children and never once have we not been given an appointment when we required it. Particular mention to Michelle at reception who is very warm and helpful.
