Good and efficient service. However, my appointment was booked for 10:15AM and was made to wait outside in the cold till 10:50. I also find it rather disgusting that PCR tests are so violently expensive. Some of us NEED to travel to maintain our lives and extorting us for hundreds of pounds is shameful. I've had two Day 2 arrival tests done in the past 3 weeks and this clinic has been amazing. The first were PCR tests and they did the tests for the three of us on the same day. Today, we had the lateral flow test done and after submission of the result, we got our negative certificate in less than an hour! Thank you for getting us out of self-isolation!

Great Service! I booked a rapid antigen test to travel to Italy. The booking online was very easy with lots of time slots to fit any schedule. I showed to the appointment and the personnel were very polite and friendly. The sampling only took 5-10 minutes and in an hour I received my results by email. I highly recommend this service.

HIghly recommend using Est-Ethics Clinic for pre-travel COVID testing. Booking was simple and quick. Appointments were readily available! Excellent. Fast and flexible. I had a PCR test at the Edinburgh branch - Stockbridge - at 15:00 yesterday. (I think all branches use the Glasgow lab). I had my results by 22:00 that night. What was particularly impressive however was that I needed the Japanese Government’s test form and this was completed for me by 01:00 the next morning. Most labs simply give their own certification leaving it to you to try to persuade immigration that it’s ok. I was very impressed and will use again.

I have now attended the clinic 3 times for IPL(Intense Pulsed Light) and Dermalux treatment on my face. I have suffered very bad acne and rosacea for a few years and I have tried various cream/treatment from doctors but nothing has worked. I went to the clinic for a consultation and they talked me through the whole process making me feel completely at ease. After only 2 treatments my skin has been the best it has in years, I didn’t realise how this was affecting my mental health but I am now beginning to get my confidence back. I can’t believe how well this treatment has worked so quickly. The clinic is a very welcoming with all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Alp and Cemal are fantastic, as are all the now have a skin care routine as well as ongoing treatment plan. The nurses are amazing and have given me lots of great advice. Can’t thank them enough

Used Est-Ethics for my PCR test certificate for travel to South Africa. Their online booking system is easy and efficient plus you only pay a deposit and the full amount when you come to the clinic. They are very professional and the lady taking the sample was very delicate such that the test was not as uncomfortable as others out there. My same day test results came under 12 hours! I highly recommend to anyone travelling out of Glasgow, and they are probably the cheapest as well. Bonus is that they are located a few minutes from Glasgow Queen Street Station so very easy to find and reach.

Thanks for very good service. Will certainly use Est - Ethics again. The above Post was written when we received our PCR Negative results on the 11th December 21. After checking the documents, I realized I had not been sent a Negative Certificate. Phoning your Duty Manager he quickly sent the right document. We then drove down to R.A.F. Brize Norton for our flight to the Falkland Islands. During Check-in it was noticed that my wife's Certificate (Susan Bennett) was incorrectly dated as having taken the test not on the 11th Dec. but on the 18th Nov. The Certificate then came back as having taken the test on the 16th Dec., 4 days in the future.!! Again these problems were rectified by the Duty Manager of whom we have nothing but praise. We were the last to board the plane and as the next flight to Falkland Islands was in three days we would have had to take another PCR Test and arrange accommodation at our own expense. The service at the Test Centre in Edinburgh was good but careless mistakes in the paperwork could have ruined our visit to our family, Mike Bennett

Excellent service and experience! We traveled to Europe from the U.S. the week the new “2nd day of arrival testing” was made effective due to Omicron so as you can imagine, it was stressful enough. We didn’t know what service we could trust because of the stories we read about people paying for testing they never got. Anyway, I found Est-Health which is located inside of Stockbridge Pharmacy in Edinburgh (stop #1) via the UK government website. The process was simple and everything was done online. You first select the test, location, time, and pay for it. Use the code you’ll get on the 3rd email titled “Booking Reference Number Instructions” to get the actual number which you need to complete the passenger locator from as part of the UK government requirements. Ensure you enter the code as is including the letters “BRN” and the dash. That will ensure you don’t pay again. The last email will be the “link to download” the actual BRN which is made up of five letters and seven numbers. I, however, never got it even after clicking the link so I contacted them via email and within a half hour, I had a response. Everything went smoothly on the day of our tests and by 11:30 that night, we had our results. A++ for ease of scheduling, responsiveness, customer service on the day of testing and of course, the results. Thank you, Est-Ethics Clinic, you were a pleasure to work with and I certainly recommend you to anyone traveling during these interesting times.

I had a COVID-19 test done for traveling at the clinic in Ingram Street, Glasgow and it was done quickly and efficiently by the owner of the clinic and I got my certificate on the spot when the test which was negative was completed. Firstly, I must really thank the staff for being so helpful especially the receptionist who took my call! We were really in a bind because of another company that was very misleading with its covid pcr test. Est-Ethics is a great clinic. People who work there are friendly, helpful and reliable. I went there for my rosacea treatment and after a few sessions there was a significant improvement in my face! Before the treatment, if I was working out, my face would turn red like a tomatoe after just a warm up. Now, it looks normal even at the end of my workout. I also turned red whenever I was uncomfortable or slightly emberresed. All my emotions were straight away depicted on my face. Now, it's definitely a lot better - so I am really greatful for that! I also go there for my pcr tests when I'm travelling. The location is great as it's in city centre and the results always came on time before my flights. I strongly recommend this place.
