F.Excellent service here for many years with Dr Wilson, always come away from his appointments feeling more positive about my health. if all the other NHS staff were this dedicated I would be in better health!. I have also found the other doctors to be verygood. I think the practice would be even better if the receptionists were more friendly and helpful!
I find the majority of the them - including the practice manager - to be nippy and standoffish and this detracts from the excellent work the doctors do, first impressions as they say!!.......
H. M.Always had a brilliant service from both GPs and Receptionists here. Always taken seriously and treated with respect, shame not everyone appears to have had the same experience judging on these reviews, but I'd personally recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a GP in East Kilbride.
R. T.Good doctors but really long waits and appointment feel rushed. I’ve been given appointment and always waited about 45mins to 1hr or more. This is in both situations when I booked the appointment weeks in advance and emergency appointments. And my appointment times were 10, 11:20, 10:50 etc. so hate to think how long people with afternoon appointment have to wait.
D. D.Very long waiting times fot appoitments, once you get to the doctor they are nice and appear to be proffesional. Due their extremelly long waiting times they can be only used for medical checks and absolutely non urgent matters for anything else I do fly abroad.
