S. O.Great surgery! We moved from Ireland Woods Surgery, as we have a new member of the family. One of the reasons to move there has been a fact that Ireland Woods Surgery has constantly not available slots for us. In High Field Surgery we meet really friendly staff include receptionists and GP doctors. Appointment if urgent is organize quickly on the same day.
Just on coins side - difficult to take check results and you need to book an appointment with your doctor to see them. Copy of blood test results etc. should be accessible from receptionist desk - this is normal practice at other surgery.

X.Was with this surgery since 2012 until I moved to bracknell, had overall positive experience with this surgery mainly because of doctors like Rosa Bobet whom I think is extremely competent and experienced probably because of it doctors like her seems always fully booked for weeks in advance, on the other hand there are some doctors there seemed always available, I tend to avoid making appointment with those doctors. About the complaints of their rude receptionists, personally I never had bad experience with them and I always use their online service to book my appointment and you can almost guaranteed to get a Same day appointment if you book via their online system the first thing in the morning when the surgery opens, of course if you are not fussy with which doctor you see, also need to mention they got some amazing nurses there, very caring, experienced and professional.
