s. W.Visited the walk in centre today to address an issue with my thumb nail, was seen straight from registration by Mel, amazing patient care, kept me very calm and listened to any and all concerned and explained the process of getting me seen by the nurse practitioner. Was directed to the waiting area, while compressing the area as directed by Mel. After a short wait I was seen my Emily, the nurse practitioner and again was very patient while I explained my injury, all options were explained for treatment and both ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring. Hopefully I don’t have to revisit any time soon but if I ever need emergent minor care I wouldn’t hesitate because of these two!
