Excellent Medical Centre. I can normally get an appointment within a week of my call. Compared to other health centres around Leicester, this is exceptional. The reception staff are very helpful. Pro tip, speak to them kindly and a be patient, they are often inundated with work so a little kindness can go a long way!

This health centre is second to none. All the staff are friendly, helpful and switched on. The surgery's system works flawlessly and it's very easy to get an appointment. I realised that I immediately post negative reviews but if things go right I don't leave a good review. Maybe many people can recognize themselves in this. Therefore, I would like to say thank you to all at Aylestone Health Center, starting with the lovely ladies in reception, the nurses and the GP for always trying to help out. Although sometimes mistakes happen, they get corrected and in the end we must all understand that we are only human. Thank you very much for everything!

They are amazing, you don't realise how much you will miss them until you are not with them, since the begging of my registration the receptionist was helping me to select a pharmacy and when they run out of stock from my repeated prescription they called me to inform me to which one there were going to change me. For the first time been in here since I registered last year. Come to give blood test for my annual record. I also decided to change address since I moved away under 4 miles. Come to see GP won't be any problems. 2 of my children recently moved back into country. So, I decided to register them here too. Had a call from someone, saying "my children won't be able to register here because they are leaving too far etc. I don't get it! I just changed my address as I was there. Besides my moan. I read some of reviews about the receptionist. I had same experience. After post review, a call received from the practice with an apology and my 2 girls are excepted here now. Thank you Doctor.

We have been with this practice for over 25 years, excellent service, Dr Minhas is thorough, kind and really helpful with complex issues. They have always seen the children quickly over the years. Angela has been so helpful to me over the years, always kind and quick to help me. Bhav is a fantastic, caring nurse too. Really great service.

I have only recently joined this surgery and Dr Minhas has already been more than helpful to me. I am disabled and have many needs which he has helped me with even personally calling me an ambulance when I needed one recently. The reception staff are also great especially Angela who is so kind and has bent over backwards to help me. This is a brilliant surgery!!

I have been helping a disabled friend of mine who is registered with Aylestone Health Centre. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Dr. Minhas himself is lovely, very profesional and has helped my friend whenever she has needed him. The staff who work there - Kajol & Angela in particular, are delightful and have gone above and beyond to help whenever we have needed their assistance. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could!!

Based on my visit on 5/11 I’d give my experience at the GP practice 4 stars. I wasn’t rushed as previous visits seem rushed, Dr Minhas took time to examine my child and listen to my concerns, he asked for my opinion on the treatment plan and took it on board in making the final decision. It was easy and stress free to make the appointment especially when I called after 8am but still got seen within 2 hours of making contact.

Excellent service !!!!!! I had to contact the surgery to make an appointment recently. The telephone call at 0830 was handled very well and although appointments were fully taken for that day, after a brief conversation I was offered a slot at one of the HUBS (Saffron Lane or Westcotes) it was clearly explained it would be an evening appointment 1915 but if you need to see a Doctor you need to see a Doctor no matter what.The NHS staff at the saffron lane hub were also excellent. Referral sent to AHC to action for a further appointment and told to ring Surgery pm to make sure it had been actioned. As i Was passing i dropped into the surgery around 10.30 Yet again staff more than helpful and Doctor had already actioned the Hospital referral what more can you ask for !!! Well done to all of the staff, keep up the good work, its very much appreciated.

Moved from another surgery because they kicked me out when I notified them that I'd moved. So I've come here to find they're actually much better than my old surgery anyway. Doctor is great, nurses are lovely, receptionists are respectful and friendly, and they actually answer the phone and give you appointments which is more than I can say for my old place. So glad I was forced to move surgeries; I'll never look back.

I contacted the practice after multiple attemps during over a week to contact midwifery services, the staff at the practice were extremely helpful and managed to sort out my problem the same day. Always caring and considerate approach even if this issue wasn't their responsibility. Cannot thank them enough. Never had a bad experience with this surgery. Most helpful staff I could ask for. Always do what they can to help. Dr minhas is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I'd never see anyone else. I think this surgery is wonderful and even though we live no where near it anymore I would not change. Doctor Minhas is incredible and so friendly. Nurse Bav is awesome and so knowledgable but so lovely too. My family and I feel supported and well treated here. We particularly like Ange the receptionist as she's so friendly and my kids love seeing her just because she makes going to the Dr's less frightening. Wouldn't change our surgery for the world!

This is the best surgery I've ever been to. I can always get an appointment if I need one. Dr Minhas is a lovely person and cares for his patients. I really love the nurses though, Nurse Kate and nurse Bhavna. They always make me feel at ease and are real assets to the surgery! Calls are always answered in a polite manner.

Excellent surgery. Dr Minhas is probably one of the best GPs I have ever had. Proper old school, family Dr feel about him. Always empathetic, actually listens to you and provides a holistic approach with you at the centre. Bhav and Kate are excellent in the nursing department and treat you like an individual and not a number.Meeta on reception is lovely too, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our doctor is ok, however the possibility of making an appointment only at 8 am it's an absolute joke! Not everyone is available for a phone call at 8am, please change this or I'm definitely considering changing the gp.
