I went to the surgery in a mild panic this morning to get my Covid pass online registration sorted as I fly abroad tomorrow. I hadn’t realised it wasn’t available on the confusing NHS App due to me recently moving to this surgery and my records not being connected (it was showing a month or so ago). Anyway, reception at 8.30am is a very busy place, quite a queue forming. Like many I suspect, my experience of receptionists at Doctors (or schools weirdly) hasn’t been great in the past, but the lady who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. Fast tracked my online registration at the surgery that morning, sorted my Covid Pass App issues with all the relevant codes and called me before midday to say they are ready to collect. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism in what I imagine is quite a thankless job (especially first thing on a weekday morning!). My only other experiences have been registering here six months ago (again, faultless and efficient) and a visit to see a nurse the other week who was also professional, friendly and superb. Definitely the best surgery I have ever been registered at.

Excellent surgery - caring receptionist, doctors that take their time with you and the best blood taking service (with text responses) after. Thank you especially to Sally who made blood taking of my two very scared teenagers a breeze today.
