Whenever I have an urgent medical requirement I've always found the surgery to be very accommodating.
I have a complex medical history and as long as I mention this to the receptionist answering the phone,I always receive a phone call from the nurse practitioner or doctor on call and seen the same day or have a telephone review.
I had such a problem yesterday and was seen almost immediately and the GP called me today to see how I was.
If there is a long wait on the phone the queue buster option is useful.
Thank you

We moved here in May 2021 and we have found The Limes to be friendly, supportive, efficient and always available. They always make an effort to see us quickly, the call back option when it’s busy always works, and the app is fab at dealing with repeat prescriptions. Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors are brilliant.

I cannot fault the Medical Center, appointments have been relatively easy to make, the drop-in nurse thing they have going on in a morning is brilliant and the actual advice and care has been second to none.
To give the reader some context I attend yearly a hypertension review, bloods and pressure and in the past 4 years have been around 8 times in total including the reviews.
I moved 4 years ago and was and still am amazed at the service. I come from a town where the appointment rules at the doctors was that you can only call between 8am and 8.30pm to get an appointment and even then they can't book in advance so it was that day or none at all. If you missed out you have to call the following day. So on and so fourth until you are so ill you have to go to A&E. That, frustratingly became the norm and as you can imagine I was extremely surprised how well the Limes performs.

Moved to The Limes recently & I cant fault the Drs, when you phone up & they're busy there is an option for you to be kept in your place in the queue & they phone you back when its nearly your turn so you're not waiting on the other end or having to keep ringing up. I've always got an appointment on the day of asking & whenever I've been seen, the drs/ nurses have always had the time to listen & answer any questions I have, I've never felt rushed or a nuisance. Brilliant Drs surgery.

Brilliant surgery Doctors are amazing and the nurses just seems one of the receptionist has taken over a doctor's roll as you get quizzed on the phone and then diagnosed. I used to love this surgery
