I have been with this practice, since I moved to the area, for 9 years. The professionalism of all of the staff, receptionists, Doctors, Nurses and Practice Managers is beyond wonderful. Their caring approach and their knowledge is excellent. They helped me in a very difficult time, and now that I am at the other side, they are there for continued support, medication checks, etc. Thank you 306 Medical Centre.

Very good care- always see my baby same day if necessary. Doctors, nurses and reception staff all very kind and thoughtful. No need to phone up either (unless urgent)- super easy to make an appointment on the app!

Never ever been let down by anyone that works here - receptionists, doctors, the works. This is a surgery where personal care and attention is the order of the day. I have been so impressed over the last 4 years that I have been a patient here - whether for our small kids or ourselves. Really really great, personalised and 'human' care. Love it.

The receptionists are super-stars. Always helpful & very courteous. You do need to call multiple times before the phone goes through to them but that is NHS wide problem due to being under-funded, over-worked practices. The doctors are also knowledgeable & take time to explain stuff.

I was upset at the practice, because of their receptionist. After I received a call from the Practice Manager I was assured the problem will be considered and resolved in the best way possible. The doctors that have seen me in the past are helpful and understanding.

The reception Team are really helpful. And the Dr's go above and beyond. I was worried about moving from an old practice. But it worked out better for me as there is a lot more help and support. The open hours are great too for those of us who work a little later in the evenings.

Dr Mujic is very knowledgeable, she really cares about my symptoms, takes time to listen to me and always solves my issues. My experiences with Dr Chawdhery were always horrible, she doesnt even bother looking at the patients, very dismissive and ends up just giving you paracetamol for everything.
I went there to treat a knee injury, first time I went to this clinic I was received by Dr Chawdhery who told me to take paracetamol and fish oil go home - I couldn’t even walk and had swollen knees!
2 weeks of pain later I requested a different doctor (Dr Mujic) who actually put me for physio and referred me to specialists to check up on my knees and Kings College. Still doing physio but the pain is much better and I can actually exercise now.
Diagnoses like these happen and I understand that NHS doesn’t have money to always supply the perfect answer, but the least that a Dr can do is listen to his patient and try to help him as best as he can – Dr Mujic does this. Dr Chawdhery will not even look at you while you are talking or dismiss you. Its not like I go in there to have half hour conversations, I am usually out in 5 or 10 min, but there is no empathy or connection or care. Terrible experience with this doctor as I feel like I am an inconvenience rather than someone looking for help -I think my contributions should at least cover a good medical service (in terms of medical interaction).
