Had my first consultation with Shannon and she was nice, patient and understanding. I enjoyed my consultation and she answered all my questions. She didn’t push me to buying any products and treatments. I liked how transparent and honest she was. Looking forward to starting my first treatment soon

Fantastic services! This was my first time trying Botox and the doctor was fantastic. He put me at ease and answered all my questions. There was zero pressure to decide on a treatment during my consultation which made me feel very comfortable. I had no signs of bruising or swelling afterwards. The rest of the staff also provide top notch services.

I had a laser treatment done, arrived promptly and shortly after had been invited into the treatment room. The entire place smells and looks amazing and it’s got a perfect ambiance to it. This wasn’t my first encounter with Shannon, she’s been in charge of my sessions before but it was lovely to come in for a top up and remove any unwanted hair that has started to creep back. She’s very professional and always checks in with you to see if you’re doing okay regarding the pain, will let you take breaks and put the cooler on a higher setting for your comfort. Overall she makes the experience as comfortable as possible and her friendly nature takes your mind off the laser completely! Incredibly professional staff. Would definitely recommend for laser treatment, and I’m very keen to try one of their facials soon as I’ve heard good things :)
