Today I visited the clinic with my little girl for the scan, the child was scared because of past experiences, but Mrs. Elena was one of the best, with calm and professionalism I calmed the child, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Then the pediatrician followed, she knew what was needed and she answered my questions, which she was also very interested in being able to help us. I have experience with private clinics, both in the country and in London, but today I was satisfied with their attitude! we go to the clinic to look for the problem, but sometimes the polite attitude and positive energy helps to look at health issues differently! The lady who speaks Romanian is wonderful, thank you very much, the services provided are not free, but the good attitude is free and voluntary! Merry Christmas

Amazing experience I went to Baltic Medical Centre after my friend's recommendation and I will definitely go there again if I have health problems. I had DVT ultrasound scan done by sonographer Dr.Saida Acar, extremely amazing professional and great person as well. She explained to me all the details about my condition and I felt safe and in good hands. After one month I went for another check-up and again lovely chat with Dr.Saida regarding all my concerns with recommendation how to keep good health. Thank you so much !

I am very happy with my first visit in this clinic! Receptionist was very helpful, greeted me with a smile, she was lovely! Got all my check calls am I still coming to the visit too. But the biggest thanks is for traumatologist Matas Nenartėnas! He is amazing! Caring, professional, informative and super knowledgeable. I will he happy to use this clinic again for any other problems I'll have. And it doesn't even bothering me, that I have to travel from West London to them. Totally worth it!

With issues I use to came they made blood test in professional way. Tests wich you not will get in GP. When I lost hope with GP. I came to this medical centre. I knew I will be need to pay for treatment. In few appointment they found the cause and made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. Customer service very good . They always make concessions some people(customers don't speak English. So the girls speak few languages English Russian Lithuanian Romanian what give a good communication and understanding.

Found this clinc on internet, also got recommendations from friend about pediatric doctor Ina Achmetova. So first if all I’d like to mention that we went there because my 2yrs old boy was always ill and local doctors couldn’t find any problems, were keep saying that blood test is perfect just baby needs more time to recover from viral viruses.. but that didnt make me to calm down.. once we came to Baltic Medical Centre, professional staff there met us really greetfully. Then we popped in into Dr Ina’s room, where she fully examined baby and sent us to do the blood test which was done quick and painless, also nurses were really friendly and my baby wasn’t stressed about having blood done. After less than 2 days Dr.Ina, as she promised - she gave us a call and explained EVERYTHING, also she sent us email with results and treatment plan. Hope we will get better soon, I just want to say big thank you to all staff for really professional work and especially to Dr. Ina for being so honest and professional and answering all my questions and explaining things in details. Thank you!

Today I visited this clinic, a wonderful clinic, we were greeted very well. There were two very nice women at the reception desk!!! We were especially greeted by pediatrician Inna Akhmetova, a very good pediatrician!!! Well, in order to sign up for this clinic, I thought for a very long time, especially after reading a comment that really did not make me happy. And when there were no more private doctors left in our town, we had to try something else. I visited the pediatrician with my daughter, I really liked her, you can see that she knows more than our GP. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they told me to get a blood test, that they would check a lot of important things, only after submitting the test, they asked me to pay 170 pounds (I thought it would be one test that costs about 40 pounds and everything will be determined from it). It just turned out that he came up with research that wasn't even necessary. And they didn't even warn that that study would cost so much, that one so much, the third one so much. I am with Baltic Medical Centre more then 7 years already. First time I visited it was in 2014 when I lost my Mother- I really needed psychology help. I have had gynecologist and therapist consulting for may times and I have never had any problems at all. Also the reception always polite and helpful. I have no comments about people feedbacks but this clinic is very good. I would recommend to everyone who has health issues or just simple to visit doctor.
