Donna, the Practice Manager, is amazing. I find it difficult to negotiate the world of automation and still prefer to call the surgery directly when needed. I recently experienced some confusion over a referral and Donna took the time to go through all the background details and regularly kept me updated by telephone and email. She is a real credit to the surgery and hopefully her commitment to maintaining a caring relationship with patients will continue to set the tone!

Had a test today which I’m really dreading but Nurse Alexandra is such a fantastic nurse which made me really at ease and gave me a lot of reassurance. Very compassionate and empathetic. I never had a nurse like her. Thank you Nurse Alexandra for your kind and genuine care. The test was really smooth.

Reception areas are calm, quiet and clean. The staff, from reception to health clinicians, are all friendly, professional and usually running on time with appointments. The nurses who take bloods that I’ve met are so cheerful and friendly I actually look forward to seeing them.

I have been with them for almost 1 year and i can say they are amazing all of them, from each department. Every single doctor/nurse/receptionist went extra mile to be helpful and support us . We are trying to conceive and we have been through so many doctors and clinics, but this one in particular made us feel safe and they dealt the situation with so much care and kindness even when it wasn’t for them to help they still find a solution or they had an advice. Nurse Nazir amazing ! Very professional . Made me feel so comfortable as I’m super scared of needles , I barely felt it as he used distraction techniques which was honestly GREAT! Friendly and very good nurse
