today I was in BC and needed help with apointment online and came across a wonderful team of miss.Jona and mr.Marius who were very professional and friendly helped with everything so all praise for them.It is very nice to come and meet such staff because when is a man sick then every nice word helps him. Also all praise for Dr. Nathan. The rest of the staff should look up to these two people. And the management should reward Miss Jon and Mr. Marius because they are always there to help. Beechwood Medical Centre is a wonderful practice that I will personally recommend to anyone that needs a personable service. The Doctor is a professional to the core and would accord everyone the deserved respect and care. he is caring and is full of empathy whist attending to patients I have been with Beechwood for more than 13 years of satisfaction and I cannot point to a single incident when I had been dissatisfied with their services. Even when I had to see a locum, they have been immensely helpful without leaving any room for a complaint. There have been times that I had to leave a call back message for the Doctor and he would usually call back as requested. This Doctor would always listen attentively and recommend the best options to you. I have been with Doctors who would chat with me in a friendly way but dismiss my concerns but this has not been my experience at Beechwood Medical Centre. I have read with consternation, some of the reviews on this platform and whilst i appreciate that those things that are mechanical, eg an app usage can leave room for dissatisfaction, the complaint about Dr Nathans personality cannot but be far from the truth as the man is a workaholic who does his best in the interest of the patients. My most recent experience is a pointer to his pro activeness because rather than wasting time on recurrent prescriptions that would not work, he promptly refereed me to Homerton hospitals where I could have the necessary test run. As for the staff, I have never seen them being rude to anyone. rather, the reverse had been my experience. i have seen several patients who had behaved as if they owned the people at the surgery and were rude. Rather than being upset, the staff had always found a way of defusing anger and remaining calm in the face of provocation and I sense that this could only be achieved via training as they are human too. I have always left the surgery with a smile on my face after attending my appointment and I thank the whole staff for running the Surgery the way they do.

Always a warm welcome from reception team and they acknowledge you as you leave. Yes sometimes there may be a wait to be seen despite having an appointment but this I think just goes to show how the Dr or Nurse take you and your reason for going there serious and don't try to rush you to get you in and out in the alloted appointment time. Both the Dr and Nurse I feel listen to you and takes your concerns very seriously and your thoughts on your treatment and medications.

I have been a patient with the surgery for about 18yrs, and it is the best surgery far better than previous ones. I know a lot of Families like me in the community who enjoyed and benefited as a result of the professionalism of the staff in the surgery. From the reception through to the Doctors. I will recommend this surgery to anyone, for there compassion, care, understanding, privacy and of course the professional way in which they carry out their work. My family have been attended to by everyone and we are very happy with the service. Before I joined the surgery, I had previously registered with five different surgeries but once I got on the register of beechwood medical centre dalston and very happy, I have no need to move. Again, I recommend this surgery to anyone who needs it, When we are desperate and we need to speak with the doctor, he always call back we asked for phone surgery, either me or my wife, about ourselves or children. Beechwood Medical Centre is a surgery that turns to be a home because The Doctor's ; Nurses and Receptionists are wonderful creatures who doesn't see you differently. As a patient with complicated issues ; my life facing depression yet The Gp Surgery stood grand and persistently follow up diffent Consultants to ensure I a lasting solution for me medically. My desire for suicidal ends at the table of one of the nurses by name Florence who made me see myself again in the mirror of living and the way she showered me with concern give me another hope and confidence to Live On . She goes out of her way to ensure the Follow ups and steps with the Hospital are maintained at the appropriate. Beechwood is A Home not just a GP Surgery.My Gp Surgery turns to that beautiful home and a place of solutions. And I going to this Gp Surgery was on recommendations from another who used the surgery. It implies is not all about me . Thank you Beechwood for been there for me throughout this Years Health Crises.
