I have nothing but great things to say about the practice. Being new to the city it was a challenge to pick a GP surgery but Brondesbury Medical did not disappoint. Dr Ahmad and Dr Harland are both great along with their team. Over the last 2,5 years I’ve seen many doctors for routine issues and checkups and everything was always great. Reception and phone staff are amazing and most helpful over the phone. I’ve always been seen and always timely. Great practice and I’m so happy with my GP team! Special thanks to Dr Ahmad who is simply one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. :)

Looked after by Sophie, overseen by Claudette for a cervical smear test and delighted to say, both were amazing! Usually dreaded as a procedure, Sophie explained everything super clearly, shared past experiences that didn’t go well and Sophie proceeded with care and attention. The 5 stars are for Eileen the receptionist who is kind, caring, friendly and goes out of her way to help the patients. Eileen is what a receptionist should be like. I've phoned and visited many times and have had to talk to someone who is abrupt, mumbles and appears not to care about the patients or doing their job. There is also no extra care given even though I'm very vulnerable with a lifelong heart condition. I'm embarrassed for a surgery who has not included me in the vulnerable patient's flu jabs earlier and then send me reminders to have my jab and when I try to get one there are none left!

Brondesbury Medical Centre contacted me about a week ago offering me to book my covid booster. I was happily surprised by the message as I wasn’t able to book an appointment through the NHS website. I came today to Kilburn Library and got my jab on record time, everything was very well organised and every single person was really nice! Thank you very much for facilitating the process and taking care of our health!

I have been with this surgery for 11 years now and while I might have issues with the NHS, I am more than happy with how the medical staff have looked after me during this time. I want to give particular recognition to my favourite receptionist, Eileen, who is an absolute treasure! This lovely lady is so caring and professional. Quite a busy GP Practice/Medical Centre. Appears to be well organized. I haven't had to go often, but have been able to be seen quickly enough and with no trouble. Reception staff have been able to answer telephone queries and bookings with ease.

I have had 2 small surgeries and both the Doctor and her Assistant were very caring and kind. The Doctor showed real concern about my well being and I felt very well taken care off. Both surgeries went great and even after the surgery the doctor continued to show concern about my health by doing the necessary follow up to ensure that all was well. Brondesbury medical centre has been my doctor’s surgery for over 20 years. They are an outstanding practice that care deeply for their patients needs. I have children with special needs and they have always been there for me and made referrals to the right people when needed. They have helped me in regards to medication. They are an amazing support to my family and always there to help however they can I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Shirlee hensman

I was treated by a nurse called Catherina. She was for Northern Ireland. All I can say is what a nurse!! I have completed 2 smear tests previous but was never explain anything in regards to results and what would happen if results came back abnormal until I met catriona! Before I completed my smear, Catherina explain everything before hand. What she was going to do and everything I needed to know about the cells, abnormal cells and cervical cancer. I was very nervous attending the appointment but catriona made me feel at ease straight away. She was so kind and gentle and she went out of her way every second of my appointment to make sure I was all right. Highly highly recommend. Thanks catriona for making my experience of my smear test bearable and I will not be frightened or nervous next time so thank you for that xx

Short waiting time, attentive and caring reception staff and flexibile access including evening clinics and prompt duty doctors. Especially receptionist Sandra seems to always work wonders to solve any issues! GPs take time to listen to concerns and follow up with results. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.

Dr Braithwaite is very helpful and nice. He gave really clear explanations and instructions and made me feel at ease. One star off because the receptionist (short lady around 50 years old) was rather rude and talked like she was giving orders instead of help.

How can anyone complain about the absolutely fantastic service the receptionists provide. I visit there quite frequently and I am always amazed at the friendly, professional and helpful services of the staff. I see some very difficult patients, hear their demands and the way they speak to the receptionists. Their queries and sometimes abuse are always dealt with fantastic patience. Big thumbs up to all the receptionists, they do great work, under extreme pressure. I can say also say that most of the doctors are amazing, they will go that extra mile to help. I am happy happy the Brodesbury Medical Centre.

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 5 years. Both medical and front of house staff are efficient and accommodating with more dedication to solving problems (be they admin or medical) than I have found to be the case in any of the other surgeries where I have been a regular patient. Relatively easy to contact the surgery to arrange appointments.

Dr Ahmed is more than my GP but my supportive arm that held me throughout my trauma. With her guidance, encouragement and persistence, l valued my worth and developed newfound skills. Dr Ahmed is genuine, always present, friendly and greets with a warming smile.

There was a woman who work in reception. Age from about fifty, looks like a polish (east europe).. Several time was really tricky and rude, always trying to be like a boss everywhere, why she just don't do here job instead of asking question as a investigator this is not USSR this is England and if you came here and live here please don't bring your rubbish slave-slavic mentality into this country. Here love free and equal people, don't expect that people do not expect that people will treat you as a queen because of you are working as a receptionist. What is fanny even local English people don't behave so stupid- arrogant like these people. By the way I'm not British I'm from Caucasus (Georgia) and used to live in Russia abd tired to see that kind of people. I'm done. Thanks for attention.!

Doctors are all good and they tend to do a telephone consultation they call back quickly generally within an hour and book an emergency appointment if they think you need one.
