This is the second time I went to see Mr. Chen . When nobody else could help me - he fixed both my back and ligament problem. I highly recommend his treatment he is absolutely brilliant.

Well I need to give a review! Few weeks ago I have pulled my back and after an NHS visit spending 6 hours in the hospital I was back to square one. I have woken up again with a terrible pain on my lower back and couldn't move. So I wanna to try something traditional not painkillers. I'm quite surprised this place has not many reviews? After a 1 hour mixed session of acupuncture and suction Cup and light massage I was actually managed to walk home. This is a big thing actually, those who had a backpain will understand. So yes thank you and will be back 🙏again!

I've always been curious about Acupuncture, yet the idea of pins freaked me out. I went to see if the Dr Chen could help my shoulder. After two years of physio, lots of yoga, my arm, shoulder didn't improve. I popped in one day with an open mind, no clue what to expect from acupuncture and acupressure session. I felt in safe hands, chilled out and let him get on with what he does best. There was some discomfort for a few minutes as he began correcting the imbalances. After three sessions, the acupressure massage totally relieved all pain. I had full mobility again. Two years later, my arm, shoulder is fine. Subsequently, I went back with constant tingling in my feet for two weeks, fixed in one session. Recommeded to friends who have also had excellent results. It will work if you go with an open mind and allow the treatment to work. Like anything the mind is connected to the whole body and different parts of the body will have an impact on the area you may have pain in. Don't be surprised if you have pins in your feet, when you feel the pain is in your head. He will balance you out. Release blockages. Pain is a way of saying 'hey look after me'. Pills aren't the only answer. My dads a medic and is all science, factual and rolls his eyes when I rave about alternative medicine. If it has worked for hundreds of years and you are sufferieng i npain, why not give this a try. You can feel rejuvenated again leaving with a balanced body. A very fair price as well. Saw Chen with lower back issues caused by late pregnancy...had two sessions and felt such a difference. Especially from pressure point massage. Highly recommend!

I've suffered from muscle spasms a.k.a. knots in the back, concentrated around the shoulder blade and neck area for 2+ years. These tissue lumps in the back cause chronic pain that is persistent and very difficult to treat yourself. I've invested in physiotherapy, topical pain releivers and several contraptions to try to relieve this condition, with very little benefit. Out of desperation, I acted on a suggestion from Kala, owner of the Circle Store, in the Shad Thames area, and found Mr. Chen at the Chinese Medicine Centre. In one single 60 minute session, he was able to find 90% of my knots and treat them precisely using Chinese acupuncture and acupressure techniques. It's been 5 hours since treatment and I feel much better, freer from pain and more mobile. Bizarrely, I also feel more relaxed. Mr. Chen suggested that he could improve my condition with 5 more sessions, for which I readily paid in advance. I am excited to live life free from back pain again and believe CMC will get me there. One note to add to Mr. Chen's credibility - when I asked if he had any herbs that would help, he refused, saying that he could prescribe them but they would do little to help. I took this as a sign of honesty before agreeing to come back for more treatment.

Absolutely amazing ! cant recommend highly enough. I first went to Dr Chen about 3 years ago after a period of extreme, back shoulder and leg pain. Just gone back after a long period pain free, after not being able to walk properly for a few weeks. After two visits, all good ! Literally a life changer!

Just got acupuncture and a herbal tea which worked wonders to fight sinusitis and a bad cough. Over the past few years I've also got really good support for my ulcerative colitis and massage for sore muscles. Strongly recommended!

Brilliant, really works. 3months fertility treatment and about to give birth to bouncy baby boy. They really look after you and make you feel like an individual. Definitely worth getting them on board as a support network.
