I definitely made the right choice, from the very first moment I stepped inside this Clinic, the service was without fault. I looked online for a reliable laser hair removal clinic and this clinic showed up to be around my house. I booked in for an initial consultation and patch test. At my appointment I was welcomed by Alex who carried a thorough consultation, very informative and professional. All my questions were answered and all my misconceptions about laser had been cleared. I was advised to go for a package of 6 to 8 sessions, one every 6 to 8 weeks in order to achieve great results. I am on my third session and I can happily confirm that I have 40 to 50% hair reduction and look forward to my following appointment. I highly recommend this place, very clean and welcoming! Popped in for a patch test ahead of laser treatment on my face. Very impressed from the moment I was greeted at the door. Though it was my first visit I felt instantly at home. Lovely clean & tidy premises and a lovely cup of coffee whilst I completed all the paperwork. Amazing service receiving Cryostar treatments with Alex and the team. I was hesitant to begin with, but the team were extremely accommodating explaining all the steps, checking in throughout the 45min session. Over the course of three months the treatments themselves made me lose 7.5cm on my stomach, which I’m over the moon about! I have been going to Dermaesthetics for several years and I always look forward to my treatments here. I’ve been going for the signature facials which are done very thoroughly. I’ve also done my second session of the SkinPen micro needling which has significantly improved my skin and helped heal my scars and dark spots. Usually I’d get a bit nervous during the first part of the session but Alex made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked to make sure I’m okay. I knew I was in good hands and that the procedures were being done professionally as they should be. I feel that she’s genuinely concerned to make my skin better and her recommendations have always been helpful. The place is clean and observes C-19 protocols. The soothing music during the session also helps relax me.

I am giving 5 stars or if I could 10+ to the therapist Afet. She's very professional, accommodating and her smile is radiant. It's my 2 out of 6 sessions of cryo with her but every time I attend my session, she makes me feel accommodating. She's very knowledgeable with all the services and always gives positivities to me and probably to others as well. The clinic is centrally located in London Bridge with a very good ambiance as the other staff is as friendly as Afet. I would definitely recommend this clinic as the service is absolutely good.
