Can I just say unlimited stars for this GP! I’ve tried so long just to activate my google account to write the review! That’s how happy I am I finally changed my GP to bailey surgery! I work for a NHS GP myself for the past 7 years and I’ve always wanted to find a GP surgery that’ll treat me same way as I treat my patients and this surgery is literally perfect! I’ve had the worst luck with the hospital regarding my pregnancy! BUT the GP and receptionists here have been the only services who have made me feel more comfortable with my pregnancy and being able to talk about any quiery I have, I’m not used to being on the other side as patient but I’m so happy I have found such an amazing GP close to my home !

The Bailey practise is the best surgery. I have nothing but good things to say. I've been a patient there for over 9 years. Staff on Reception always helpful and cheerful. Doctors and medical team brilliant. I did mention in passing the loud music on their answer machine. Very helpful apologetic reception said they would sort that out. Alway's better to just call the surgery and let them know rather than leaving a message on Google I say..

Normally love Dr Bailey’s Practice as the doctors are wonderful and super helpful however the receptionist is where I’m let down. Since lockdown began I have been unable to get in contact with anyone in the practice and have been left as “caller no. 1 in the queue” for over 20 minutes more than a few times. Really disappointed as I usually love this practice.

Dr Bailey and her staff have all been wonderful to me and my family in terms of care and support. She is without a doubt the best Dr and runs the best surgery in Walthmstow. Such lovely caring staff, you can always get appointments and if not the Dr always calls you back if needed. I was so upset when we had to say goodbye to them as we were moving house otherwise I would never change them. If you are lucky enough to get registered here, do it without any questions asked. Amazing people. Thank you so much to you all from me and my family.

I've only been with this practice for a few months but am so glad I changed to here and would like to extend my thanks to all of the staff. The receptionists are always helpful and have a smile, and the Doctor is always friendly and puts you at ease. Some people seem to have a slight grievance about waiting times but in my opinion this is to be expected in a busy surgery and is far outweighed by the great service you receive there.

Anyone who says bad things about this surgery is being unfair. Even if it is a one off bad experience. I've had 3 gp practices in the past and this is by far the best! The GPs and nurse are all very friendly and go far and beyond for their patients. They make you feel like family and show that you are special. 3 of my family members have been seen by different people and I mainly go to doc Elizabeth Bailey. I honestly could not have asked for a better doctor! Doc Jennifer and Co are doing an amazing job :) And the receptionists have always been helpful. Big thanks from Mrs U.Jan and family! P.s don't leave a negative review because you couldn't get in to the GP! Honestly! Once you're in the care is like the care you expect at a private practice.

Been with that practice for about 6 years now, always nice and friendly practice, feel quite fortunate that I’ve got a good one. The main receptionist tends to always have a smile on her face. Clean waiting room. I found that they don’t push drugs/medications if that you don’t need it, which is nice as you feel like they use common sense for treatments/diagnosing for their patents rather than be influenced by pharmaceutical companies. They have a wooden train set for the kids to play with, not sure about reading material as I bring my own. Highly recommended.

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews... I cannot praise the surgery and staff highly enough. They are always friendly and professional and it truly is a family practice as Dr Baileys family also work here. Keep up the good work guys.;)

Dr Bailey and her practice staff are world class. The practice is welcoming and friendly as well as sympathetic to all of it's patients aches and pains. Dr Bailey has been our family doctor for nearly 10 years now and if we moved to the other side of the world it would be difficult to say good bye. We may have to take her with...lol.
