M.So far so good! Only registered last week but have experienced exceptional service already thanks to reception staff and look forward to being a patient at this practice. It's so hard to find a good one these days. Thank you!
C. W.My father in law has been a patient of this surgery for at least 50 years.
He has several health problems in the past and always found the doctors very helpful.
My father in law had a recent prostate diagnosis and is now terminal.
Doctor Adil came out yesterday for a home visit and has been so kind and caring towards my relative.
In the current covid situation i have nothing but praise for all the Doctors and staff.

It’s always very easy and quick to get an appointment of your choice by ringing the surgery or by using the superb MyGP app. The receptionists are very kind, and welcoming especially the lady in glasses. Very friendly - superb team of GP's at this practise. Special kudos must be given to Dr. Baig and Dr. Magda who are both extremely kind, caring, sympathetic and understanding - just simply outstanding! They will promptly advise you on the required treatment or refer you to specialists. They are also very easy to get hold over the phone, should you require any advice without being able to visit the surgery/ require repeat prescriptions, they will happily call you back. You really feel like you are looked after well at this surgery! I have received superb service from them all! And as mentioned, booking appointments are an absolute breeze by calling the surgery or using the MyGP app. Very satisfied patient. Thank you!

I work in healthcare and understand the pressure NHS services are under, but my experience’s here have always been positive.
Dr Adil very understanding and thoroughly consults in all issue’s with your health a wonderful addition to the practice partnership.
Dr Baig is wonderful also.
As for reception team many whom have been there many years- are not given enough credit. The reception team is the face of the surgery and they treat you with dignity and respect when you come into contact with them. Thank you all for being helpful and friendly with your patients.
The practice nurse has years of experience and is very approachable.
In total I feel patients don’t recognise the help they receive and I just wanted to give positive feedback as this is one of the best surgeries in the Merton Borough.

R. H.Very rude Aunty receptionist. If u r not sick just picking up your prescription when u talk to her u feel like throwing up 🤮 so rude least helpful and incompetent. Only Dr Baig and Dr Adil excellent 👌

P. F.Been going here for 25 years. Dr Adil, Dr Baig and Jenny are the most helpful and considerate healhcare professionals you could meet. Never had a problem with the receptionists either, but I am not rude to them. Fast appointments if you are really sick unlike some surgeries.
