I cannot recommend Dr. Rita & her clinic highly enough. I first read about Dr. Rita over 10 years ago and decided when the time was right she would be the practitioner for me! Not for nothing is she known as ‘The Lip Queen’, but truly she should be known as ‘The Face Queen’. After going into early menopause at just 36, I felt compared to my friends I was looking (and feeling) old and tired. Dr. Rita has surely & subtlety totally transformed my face and confidence. I look and feel younger and fresher but without being obviously ‘done’ which is exactly the look I wanted and exactly why I came to Dr. Rita in the first place. Her clinic is well appointed, crammed full of the latest, most innovative machinery. It is spotlessly clean, her staff are all charming, efficient, friendly and kind. I feel safe in her expert hands. I trust her experienced eye but also really appreciate how she works collaboratively with my vision for the look I’d like to achieve. Having seen some of the less than subtle, sub-par work my girlfriends have undergone, I honestly can’t understand why they didn’t just come to Dr. Rita in the first place..! With covid around they have accommodated this, they take every clients temperature, give you booties to wear so we don’t infect clinic. Dr ghalyna is amazing, she is very professional and honest, I think one of the most honest doctors in her field of cosmetic surgery, non surgical I mean! Dr Rakus and Banu can genuinely recommend the best course of action for every need (as opposed to clinics that only offer a limited selection of treatments). Visited here for advise after a doctor in Cardiff damaged my facial tissues, and skin. And didn’t know what too do, so felt very alone and was not given no advise or told of no risks to this procedure before he over injected me. And never offered no follow up or nothing. So looked up this clinic in London, it was very nice and Rita was very helpful towards me giving me the best advise and then referred me to the plastic surgeon. I never went ahead with no treatment at the time, as he didn’t think it was the best time as I was so damaged emotionally from the previous doctor. He told me to give it time to see if the body will heal and rebuild the damaged tissues. I recommend this clinic as they are very professional in every way, from when you walk in they offer you a drink, and the staff are very professional. They make sure they get all the correct information from you previous history etc before they discuss anything or do any procedures. Also quick too answer any emails, and call you straight back if needed. Their good reviews are genuine and real too. I Recommend them.

I read an article about Dr Rakus online and decided to go for a consultation, I was curious and worried at the same time. I hate plastic/frozen looking women and did not want to be one of them, ( I am 35) but I didn't want to just accept the ageing process gracefully either if there are natural ways of supporting the skin and looking younger! I met Dr Rakus and she was lovely, she understood my concerns and offered a few different procedures including hydra facial. I LOVE the hydra facial and how it makes the skin brighter. I had facials before but this is something else, fully recommend it. The clinic is more expensive than most other clinics thats for sure, and I can not say I have the budget to spend thousands on my looks hence I am probably not their typical customer but I was treated the same as the other ladies in waiting area who seemed to be coming each week. Dr Rakus is an expert and her team is lovely.I will be going there again.

I travelled from the Midlands to London to visit Dr Rita Rakus on recommendation from my local beautician. I had dermal fillers (for lines around the edges of my mouth) for the first time. I am not the sort of person who spends copious amounts time and money on myself but with my 50th birthday on the horizon I decided to give it a go. I am absolutely amazed at the instant results, it was worth every penny of the £600 it cost and should last approx 12 months (i am advised by the clinic...tbc! There was a cheaper version available that didn't last as long). I was slightly nervous at first but the actual injection process only took a couple of minutes after a gel was put on the area to numb it (taking 30 mins) It didn't really hurt and Dr Rakus was extremely professional. I was on my way (shopping) within 1.30 hours with some slight numbness and a reddening to the area but to be honest I don't think anybody else could tell, next time I will take some foundation makeup with me. I could probably get this treatment cheaper elsewhere but I would be happy to have it again with Dr Rakus knowing it was so successful and stress free the first time. I've been haunted by the dreaded turkey neck for a very long time. I have spent thousands of pounds on treatments that promised to work. Thousands, and of course none of them did. Then I heard about Endolift and found Dr Raikus. I made an appointment and was promptly seen by Dr Raikus herself for a consultation. She then suggested a course of Ultracel and Intracel combined with the Hydrafacial. And if I was not completely happy with my results, that she would still offer me the Endolift. And so I placed my trust and my hard earned money with her. I've just completed my last treatment yesterday. Can I just also mention that Banu and Stephanie are the most wonderful professionals and have treated me with such care. Which I think is important. The treatments themselves are pretty painless, they make sure you are all numbed up, so it's a comfortable procedure. The Ultracel had no down time , no pain, and I left with just a little moisturiser on. The Intracel micro needling, you feel pressure from the needles, but numbed up it was fine. I was a little red, and hot but still took the train home. This is the FIRST time I have ever seen real results for this terrible turkey neck of mine. I have a tiny way to go still, but at least I can feel confident enough to go out without the scarf or the turtle neck. I have such gratitude, that I have FINALLY found SOMETHING that works - and I've been looking for a really long time. Money well worth spending. I feel like I just want to keep coming back every 6 months for a top up and I will be happy with my neck! Finally. Lastly - but certainly not least, yesterday I had the Exillis procedure - If you want a treatment that works miracles, yes miracles, in just a few minutes, then this is it. It's like an iron for your wrinkles. I was pretty taken aback with the instantaneous results - Perfect for special occasions. If you, like me are a little desperate to get rid of that, I highly highly suggest making an appointment with Dr Raikus. You won't regret it.
