Alejandro is a real healer and amazing guy. You can tell straight away that he does his job with passion. I came to Alejandro with a knee pain...In just one session pain disappeared and I was able to go back to my yoga practise. He also does great massages. He release a lot of tension in my back and glutes. Thank to him I took my yoga practise to the next level. He does wonders with his acupuncture and massages. I really recommend him!!!

After being a long sufferer with headaches and migraines, a friend suggested that I go to see Alejandro for acupuncture. I had two sessions after which the rate and severity of my headaches rapidly declined. It is actually pretty amazing! Alejandro has a great energy; he's very caring and super professional. I've never had any alt / Chinese medial treatments before, and he was great at explaining the process and the how various factors (external & internal) were related to my headaches. I've recently been back to see him for some neck pain - again he has been amazing and is well worth the investment.

I had a great treatment with Alejandro. He identified all the areas of tension in my body and using ear acupuncture and Tuina massage released them. Alejandro is not only a great professional, but also a great person. He really cares about you and your body and treats you in a holistic way. His expertise includes acupuncture, Thai massage, shiatsu, among other eastern treatments so he will do what he believes it's necessary for you. And he won't stop before he knows you are ok. I met Alejandro thanks to a work colleague at the restaurant who highly recommended him. I was suffering from horrible back and neck pains due to my job, also pins and needles in my arms and hands, it was awful, I was really scared. Alejandro did acupuncture, deep tissue and cupping and within just two weeks I noticed an amazing and significant improvement. After just 7 sessions a pain, that when I had it previously in my life had taken 1 year and a half through traditional medicine to take away, went away after 7 weeks!! Of course I also took care of myself, did yoga pilates, and followed Alejandro´s instructions to the letter, but still it blew me away! Alejandro is a capable and competent acupuncturist with a pleasing manner who confidently identifies the problem and then gently sets about helping the issue with many different skills and techniques. I particularly found the Tuina (Chinese massage) and ‘cupping’ to be most excellent. Acupuncture doesn’t sound for everybody but Alejandro makes it a joy to be pricked with needles in your ears, feet, and wherever necessary. If you don’t think sticking needles into you does anything then think again! Like sleep, you know when you’ve had some acupuncture! I would thoroughly recommend his practices and am yet to find a better practitioner using so many differing techniques. Great chap and am happy to recommend him ✅

"In 2004 I broke my back in an accident. I fractured L1,L2 and L3. This was one of the most painful experiences of my life and had me immobile for several months. I can walk and run again, luckily with no mayor impairment except that I was left with chronic back pain.However it has taken me years to get to the point where I am now. I have been to numerous traditional Kinesiologists and doctors but had no major results, until 2010 when I met Alejandro and started treatment with him. I used to have excruciating back pain at that time. My back until that point felt like a stone plate, my lower back area was very stiff and inflexible. Alejandro started working on me using Tui-Na and acupuncture, the results are incredible. Most of the tension in my back is gone my back and lower back are more flexible, I am able to get into difficult Yoga positions without hurting myself and most importantly my back no longer hurts like it used to. Occasionally my back still hurts but nowhere near as much as before. I am deeply grateful to Alejandro and his work.
