Just visited Elevation Spa and I had a wonderful beauty therapist who gave me the H2O Glow treatment. I did a comprehensive skin analysis where the therapist go through each section with me and explained into details all the results. Anastasia was phenomenal and professional all the way. Overall the services were to a very high standard and I will come back very soon for a more complex treatment.I highly recommend Evolution Spa.

I had a great experience having my “Fabulous Intensive Treatment (FIT)” done at this clinic! My skin specialist Sidra was absolutely amazing - she made the treatment extremely comfortable and smooth and went in details about the products throughout the treatment. I simply loved few of the products that she used on me and she ended up giving a great deal on them in the end so I purchased them. Moving forward I plan to go for some of the packages that they offer as I am very happy with the results of the first session!

Today I was given the opportunity to try again the beauty treatments at this luxury spa. I have to say that the service that I had was completely different from the last time. Gabriela made my treatment experience a pleasant one, she took care of me, explained what was happened at any moment of the treatment and was checking if I was feeling comfortable. I had the facial radio frequency treatment, which I truly recommend. (Previous comment): The treatments are good, especially if you get them on discount on social media, the service on the other hand is below my standards. The beautician/seller tries to hard to sell you the “annual membership” something in the range of 4K+. The whole explanation about your skin and how you can benefit is designed to make you feel like, if you don’t take immediate remedial action your face will start dropping in pieces. Their main point of sale should be the treatment it self, but to be honest it was “performed” in a mechanically way, it lacked the gentle touch and even got my eyes irritated as they were not covered before I got my face full of “cleaning-soapy” product. I had to asked three times to clean and cover my eyes, something that I never had to do in other treatments. In the end you are hit with the revelation that in order to take care of your “poor skin” you should accept a package of 4K+ payable in instalments; even more interesting to hear that this is a ONE time opportunity and the moment that you set foot out of the cabin your opportunity is gone!! WHAT? What is that? You go there to relax and enjoy a high technology kind of treatment, not to be treated like it is now or never option!. I said to the seller/beautician, nobody mentioned on your promotion, nor on the phone nor on the 4 pages document that I have signed that this is a sales speech visit, or that I have to be prepared to spend X amount of money apart for the payment that I already made. Sorry, this is not the way that I invest in my self! Just in case she thought I did not want to do something to remedy the poor condition of my facial skin. :(

The first time I came to Elavatione, all the staff from the receptionist, Olivia and Valeria who assessed me for what necessary treatment t I needed were all very accommodating. Had a bottle of champagne even, which is a big boost for their customer care! Today, my treatments were done done by Patrice who was very good. I went for the promotion offer H20 Glow it was a exceptional experience it gave me clear skin and glow but i am little Unpleased the next day my skin went very dull and my nose is super dry and scarred. My nose area gone dark and has skin coming off not sure if that’s the effect we should get after. Otherwise the place is super clean and very friendly staffed.

I signed up for the social media promo. Went to Elevatione, store front office really nice. One of the front staff really nice, the other one not so nice. Met my therapist and she did a great job explaining everything about my skin. It then becomes apparent they are also there to sell these treatments which cost £5000 at a “discount” which can be paid in 12 instalments with a 10% deposit. I can’t afford that sort of price, made it clear and then was asked how much I could afford and it wasn’t good enough. I understand this was a marketing strategy of pulling customers in with a promotion. We then went back to the room where I had a (I will call it a mini facial) which lasted about 20mins at most. All the the other things that were listed on my itenerary didn’t happen. It was all abrupt, her tone changed, she then asked me to get ready and that was it. I felt that probably because I did not subscribe to any “treatment plan” she didn’t want to continue with what I even paid for through the promotion. It wasn’t a pleasant experience for me at all.

The facial utilised amazing products with nanoparticles that really absorbed into my skin. My skin was plump, hydrated and toned after. I would like to share my story. I came across a discounted microdermabrasion treatement on Facebook for £34 and decided to take it. Already 4 years, I was suffering from severe brown "sun spots" called melasma and from one little spot,eith the years it gree all over my face. With the time they became darker and darker,and I am unfortunately with a pale wite skin.I have tryed cosmetics for melasma,brown spots and so on for hundreds of pounds and they all went in the bin. Only one cream helped for my first spots and it was discontinued. After the dermabrasion in Elevatione Time Stops I was quite happy and I decided to try their other treatements. Yes they sold me a package, yes the package cost as well as their products,BUT, I have met great customer service( and I work in Customer service myself and genuinly can make the difference)-from the receptionists,Byriani and Melissa(both therapists) and their Manager Alina. One big Thank you. If everyone can see the difference only after 3 treatments on my brown spots, fine lines and red capillars,they will believe that certain treatements work,it just needs concistancy. I had a combination of IPL and microdermabrasion and Nano therapy. Yes treatments cost,but you will pay £200 in your local spa shop and get less than that. Venus Versa is an expensive mashine,but it works. I congratulate this team and recommed it to anyone, who values high level of Customer Service and high end cosmetic brands.
