I highly recommend this GP surgery. All staff are very helpful. Excellent Doctors, excellent receptionist they provide great service and give detailed explanations. Everyone is always very polite. I know not everyone appreciates what you do and don't understand the daily pressures but I am very grateful to have this service and all the staff who work so hard to provide it.

I am so impressed with the caring professional manner in which my Uncle's GP has been and continues to support him and the situation. Dr Quadri (please forgive spelling if incorrect) is amazing, she explains in clear language what is happening and what she has done as a result of some tests she had run. I wish she was my GP. I work with Consultants in my role within the NHS and if they adopted her manner and style I would never have to deal with any complaints.

Getting through to reception via phone call doesn't take longer than 15mins. Nurses & Doctors actually listen to you and rather have you do further tests (e.g. blood test) than leave you alone with a possible illness that's not being treated due to no further investigation. Appointments made quickly and the GP Surgery's staff members can communicate well.

I know that everyone call medical center not just to say " hello ", they got problems. On the other end of the line I told mines to a very friendly, polite and professional person. "The doctor will call you today ", and it did. "Starting tomorrow you gonna follow these steps and as soon as results come I'll decide the treatment ". Onestly I thought it will take weeks, considering the last 18 months, when every single one of us put pressure on them and on the system. Thank you

My name is Syed Hussain , first of all I will say thank you so much to Dr Acharya , Dr Acharya is a blessing for her patients , I had chest pain I booked my appointment with GP I was lucky enough to get chance to be looked after by Dr Acharya, honestly the way she spoken to me half of my pain gone straight away she is so sweet . Then today I spoken to Tia again she is also a blessing for me , I am very satisfied after speaking with Tia , . She was very helpful. Thank you First 4 Health Group - E7 Health center , I feel relieved that I am registered with the right clinic with doctors whom I can trust will provide the right care. I attended the appointment to see Dr Ambrosie at the specified time and was seen on time didn't have wait. I discussed with the doctor the problems i was experiencing with an aspect of my health. His examination was very thorough and he was knowledgeable in the diagnosis he explained to me. I felt confident in the way dealt with my concerns and I left feeling reassured and my experience of going to see Dr Ambrosie has always been a positive one.

My experience of E7 Health has been wonderful. From the receptionists to the doctors all have taken good care of my needs. They are attentive and superb with patient care. I would particularly like to mention Gurpreet who has been so kind and helpful. She is wonderful at listening to the patient and providing excellent assistance in any matter she is presented with by the patient. A very friendly and efficient member of the E7 Health team. Being a patient of Lord Lister Health Centre since 1977, I was apprehensive of joining First 4Health Group - E7 Health last year in March, I am so glad to write this review publicly. Online services have always been above expectation and doctors have always contacted within time schedule, consultations have never been rushed and all medications prescribed have been fully explained in detail. As for reception staff they have fully performed with professionalism, one in particular stands out is Tia who has always been polite and courteous in dealing with your calls. Very impressed with their services, particularly during the COVID period.

Really can’t praise this surgery and all the staff working there enough. Have never had any problems getting through on the phone. All the staff from the reception staff, admin staff, nurses and GPs are extremely caring and professional and have maintained an excellent service throughout a very difficult time (the pandemic). Thank you to the staff of e7 health which previously was located in e15, not only have they been helpful when it comes to booking appointments but also are very friendly and helpful with advice and feedback, I had a very important letter that needed to be written by the doctor and even though they are short staffed at the moment and due to corona they were very attentive to my care and need and are also trying their best to over come these factors I appreciate them allot and are very thankful to their stuff especially their medical manager who’s name sorry if I spell it wrong is Gurpreet who tried her best to resolve my issue
