So glad to have finally gone through with this! No regrets! Staff were super nice and very informative making me comfortable throughout the whole process. Follow up sessions were very good and had no complaints about the whole process. Obviously eyes are doing much better and now feel confident on all the new habits I need to enforce as an office worker to protect my eyes going forward. Don’t miss the glasses one bit Still have my 6 month follow up to go but everything has been perfect so far! Suggest starting the process and then deciding if you want to go through with it then! :) would highly recommend for others considering laser eye surgery

Amazing clinic - they were very professional, thorough in all the checkups to ensure I was a good fit candidate (and trusted them to tell me if I were not). The team were so professional and prepped me fully before the appointment on what to expect, I met the surgeon and there was plenty of opportunity to ask any questions - none too silly. fantastic experience at this clinic, would highly recommend and I have in fact already recommended someone. I based my decision to go with Focus after my colleague recommending them having had her laser there. I naturally researched and read the reviews too. I have not been disappointed. It is about 2 months post surgery as I'm writing this and genuinely it's the best decision I made to have it done. I would say to anyone thinking of laser eye surgery to perhaps watch a video on youtube to understand how Lasik actually works, if you were nervous like me. It helps you to understand that you really can't go blind when you understand the technicality of what the procedure is. Avoiding thoughts of maybe I should do one eye at a time? also to bear in mind not everyone is eligible for it, so not to raise your hopes before going through all the checks.

Following a personal recommendation, my husband and I decided to visit Focus Clinics to have laser eye surgery. Both of us were eligible for the surgery and we were booked in to have it done on the same day. The surgery was a success and after 20 years of wearing glasses/contact lenses, we were able to see like never before - a dream come true. Having worn glasses for 30+ years, I was apprehensive about what I perceived to be a huge step forward but the staff at Focus clinic gave me the confidence I needed to go ahead. Prasheen was my first port of contact and he was engaging, professional and knowledgeable about the options available. I had several trips into the clinic and saw various members of staff, all who played a part to the fantastic experience I have had . Dr Allamby was superb, he answered all the questions I had and put me at ease. Great care from all staff at this clinic, would definitely recommend anyone looking at LASIK to consider Focus.

I am writing this review 1 day after my LASIK surgery, and have nothing but positives to say about Focus Clinics. All the staff are very friendly and polite, and most importantly make you feel at ease about the procedure. The surgeon was great during the surgery, constantly trying to make you feel relaxed and distract you whilst he was operating. The procedure itself was painless, slightly uncomfortable but to be expected, and was roughly 5 minutes per eye. I noticed an immediate improvement in my vision, although my eyes were very watery and dry. I was given lots of eye drops to take, including some anaesthetic drops to take for the first few hours. For roughly 4 hours post surgery, my eyes were very sensitive and constantly watering. I then decided to take the anaesthetic drops which allowed me to have a 2 hour nap. I woke up and my eyes were much better, only slightly dry, no worse than if I have worn my contact lenses for too long, and they have been that way since. My vision is now actually better than 20/20, and my eyes are only slightly dry (more than bearable). I would recommend this 1000%.
