A. D.Used the walk-in service and found it to be excellent. Everyone throughout the process - receptionist, triage nurses, doctors and pharmacists - were all extremely kind, empathetic and skilled.
B. B.Friendly, respectful and efficient staff. I'm a tourist visiting London for work and was treated here for acute shoulder pain. I received an exam, diagnosis and treatment within 2 hours, for free. Compared to the healthcare system in the United States, this experience was astonishing.
I. B.Like one of the other reviews notes, the waiting time depends on how many people need to be attended. I only waited 30min when I went the first time but had to wait 3 hours another time. The staff is really friendly and professional. And efficient. Thank you for taking care of my broken hand.

K.I had a little tumble from my bike today and ended up at WIC Charing Cross , the staff were professional caring especially Lisa Bysouth Collins who treated me professionally and in a caring compassionate manner. It hurts to see so many negative for such talented and caring staff. Thank you all keep it up
