The room has been set up so beautifully with great decor. The bed is kept warm (first for me but I loved it), I also really enjoyed the cool and relaxed ambiance (I can’t stand the typical spa background noise, so I enjoyed the music choice) I had a dermaplane with vitamin C oxygen infusion and loved my results. It’s also good to be able to discuss your skin concerns with someone who understands and she has recommended a different facial for my next visit because I am sure to go back. The building is not the easiest to find but once you’re inside it is great and she is easy to contact should there be any issues. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

My first experience at GBMJLondon was when I booked in for a Derma-plan facial. I was really looking forward to this facial as I was having a few issues with my skin. My treatment was explained very well and I also received excellent aftercare advice. My experience during my facial was so relaxing I felt confident and reassured at all times. I had the most amazing experience at GBMJ London. She is so professional and has a warm welcoming energy. The studio has a calm ambience that relaxes you the moment you walk in. I’ve had the Cavitation treatment on my arms and stomach accompanied with a lymphatic drainage massage. The results are instant! I’ve previously had wood therapy on my stomach which was intense but soo worth it! Would highly recommend as I felt slimmer and more confident :)

Mercedes has a lovely set up, is comfortable cosy, fresh modern and inviting. She has a long list of treatments as she is qualified in many techniques. I went for the Dermaplaning facial which took around 45 minutes. I even fell asleep at one point. She is very gentle and every step of the treatment was relaxing and also very interesting as any questions I had she answered throughly, I learnt so much about my skin and what it needs. Over all I’d give it a full 5 stars and plan on going again for my birthday.

I Got a chemical peel. I was very scared about but it went perfect, everything I was told would happen did happen and my skin is glowing now. I’m so pleased with the results and she kept in constant contact with me and was very helpful during the whole process.

Mercedes is a highly skilled, personable aesthetician. I've had numerous skin treatments with her to combat hyperpigmentation such as a TCA peel which rejuvenated my skin. I look forward to trying new treatments with her in the future because I know I am in very knowledgeable and capable hands- I highly recommend her!
