Reviews of Gower Street Practice
J. C.I've required quite a lot of treatment over the last few years and I've had to see Dr Dominque Astruc & Dr Sabrina Ahmed a lot of times. The care has been absolutely fantastic. Despite it being a very busy clinic & often seeing *a lot* of people on their same day clinic (which is an amazing service given most practices waiting more than a week), they treat you with amazing care and really listen and want to understand. I know appointments are meant to last 10 mins, but here they rarely are - it'll take however long is necessary and won't be rushed.
I've seen Dr Mark Hunter a few times and he too is very good.
The receptionists can be quite firm - but it is a difficult job in such a busy practice. But I wouldn't describe them as rude like some other reviews.
I've had to move surgery now but all I can is thank you.
C. B.Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. All the doctors are brilliant. Sometimes the wait times can be quite long but the fact they have a walk in surgery means you can always be seen. When my baby was ill I was given a same day appointment that morning.
K. E.I have used this practice for nearly 8 years. I have always received excellent care. The staff are helpful and the same day appointments are extremely useful. I also use the Evergreen online log in for ordering repeat prescriptions and booking appointments which works very well. I am disappointed to see poor reviews of the reception staff, for me they have always been helpful and efficient

Nursing support is good ... I have used the travel advice service regularly and asthma reviews are comprehensive and informative.
j.Im surprised at all the bad reviews which i find extremely difficult to believe. Ive been with this surgery a few months now and used them a handful of times and have always had impeccable service from the receptionists and the doctors, to the extent that im seriously considering moving into the area permanently and long term to avoid having to change GP. Thank you very much for everything that youve done for me, best surgery experience ive ever had.

e.The doctors are all very good and the receptionists very helpful and friendly. I find it hard to believe the receptionists were really rude. Busy yes, but not rude.
L. L.I agree, the reception is extremely friendly and the doctors are wonderfully attentive. I would say that waiting times can be about 30 to 45 minutes if you don't have an appointment.
