L. L.One of the few surgeries I've ever been a patient at where the admin staff are super lovely, helpful and polite! Good doctors, efficient nurses, nice surgery, and getting an appointment is only as slow as anywhere else.
M. S.I'm truly grateful to the medical team at Grafton Square Surgery for their swift action concerning the recent deterioration in my state of health. The Admin team are also extremely helpful and I have never experienced any problems with arranging appointments with my GP or the nurses for blood tests and vaccinations. It's a real pleasure to be a patient at this surgery and I highly recommend it.

We are a young family and when we signed up after a house move, the main criteria was the accessibility of emergency appointments for babies and children. To this day, Grafton Square does their best to ensure my children are seen as soon as possible.
As a fit and healthy adult, whenever I wished to see a nurse or GP, I had to wait a few days but that time has been used to see children or vulnerable people as priority, so it is absolutely normal and fine.
Keep up doing a great job, Grafton Square Surgery- you are an invaluable asset in the local community.

We are relatively healthy retired individuals and have had excellent care in this practice from doctors, the nurse and also the reception people at all time. Courteous, caring and knowledgeable clinical help when required. Good response to occasional acute need. Able and willing to plan regular recurrent care.
