A really great service ,my experience of the reception staff, doctors , nurses and pharmacists has been great . Half Penny Steps Health Centre has honestly been wonderful. I don't think I've experienced or will experience a better GP surgery. Everyone is so attentive, patient, soft-spoken, kind.. Answers all questions / runs through all processes with attention and care. Big shout-out to Faraz, Tahmid, Dr Huda, and Dr Kumar... And to the awesome folks at the front desk who greet me, always answer the phone without fail, take down appointments and send any emails / reminders of appointments etc. Have yet to meet the rest of the GP's so if I've missed anyone, I'm sure you're all great, too! Wouldn't want to ever switch GP's! It's so rare to find such great service in such days. Thank you ♥️🌟

Recently experienced the encounter with half penny steps. Call answered within a minute. Efficient staff. Resolved covid booster vaccination issue instantly. Also appointments are always available. Best thing is they are offering face to face appointments directly with GPs without the hassle of being triaged by them first. Greatly recommend them to all local residents.

Simply the best GP around, everyone from the doctors to the receptionists are superb. The doctors take what you say seriously, the nurses know what they are doing and the receptionists are very knowledgeable and often sort out issues quickly. The app that they suggest in fantastic as everything from medical records to test results can be found there. Last week I came to talk to the receptionist and saw a patient survey meeting happening, where the doctors were asking for feedback on what could be improved. You don't get better than this in London given that the NHS is so underfunded and understaffed, Half Penny Steps do everything they can.

Have had to have a few appointments over the past week and I have to say it's been a very pleasant experience, considering. All the reception staff I've dealt with were absolutely lovely, welcoming and courteous... the nurse that took my blood samples was so considerate of the fact I have a phobia of needles, and was extremely warm and reassuring and I barely felt or noticed it... and my GP Dr Patel who had my telephone appointment was extremely informative and ensured she asked as many questions possible to get a good understanding and spent the appropriate time explaining everything. I am awaiting my referral app but so far the service has been efficient

My experience is that my doctor has been very supportive and helpful, other staff members (receptionists) has been polite and friendly. I’m new to this practice and have been in twice. The receptionist staff are very good from what I’ve seen so far: welcoming, helpful and understanding of any issues. Elisha was proactive and helped me by keeping me up to date with some test results which were taking longer to come through than I expected. I had my first cervical smear here and the nurse was efficient and helped me feel at ease.

I can't say enough about the seamless registration and onboarding process at Half Penny Health Centre. The team was helpful, kind, and incredibly efficient. My registration was completed within minutes of my online request. When I called to ask a question, someone answered straight away and was professional and friendly. Receptionist extremely efficient and helpful re. repeat prescriptions for both my children during this weird & surreal period; Organising call back from pharmacist and stressing urgency. It felt considerate and that we were being cared for. This was last post. Just re-visited clinic with my daughter for flu jab and pneumonia jab and again repeat prescriptions receptionist and nurse couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and they were very efficient.

I have been coming to this FABULOUS Health Centre for about nearly 7 Years. I find all the Doctors are excellent, they look after me and my care very well. It is a pleasure to walk into this Health Centre. The Doctors and the Receptionists, are friendly, helpful, and good at what they do. Long may they continue.

Went on Saturday at 10.30am, receptionists were normal/lovely and I was seen within an hour (don't expect to see a doctor unless you're registered there). Nurse was good and prescribed antibiotics. Hopefully won't need to go again any time soon but wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to.

I've been a patient for a few years now when Dr Frazier was practising he unfortunately had a stroke and now has lefted . It was ideal has I would always get a walk in appointment. I always found the staff to be curtious ... but now the walk in isn't avaible and new management have taken over... so appointments are taken quickly and their dosent seem to be enough doctors to take care off everyone's needs . So it's luck if you get a appointment I'm always seeing different doctors ... which I don't like but I thank the nhs and all the staff I feel you try your best under the circumstances.

Really lovely young man GP saw me, was very kind and understanding. When I asked, we discussed how he was working to change things at the practice. He took time to tell me about some of the problems from the last company that ran the practice and how he was working to fix alot of mess that had been left behind but it was taking time due to the longstanding problems and nhs pressures. Was very personable and I could tell he genuinely cared about my care. I have never found such an amazing doctor like this before, I will definitely be going back to see him. Handsome too!

I cannot comment much on the regular GP but the Walk in service has been great. I was seen within 15minutes (out of regular hours), everybody was friendly. Quick diagnosis and out the door within 30mins of my arrival. I was probably lucky that day as it wasn't very busy but I am impressed non the less!
