Okay, so I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to after my experience at Hannah London. I am getting married at the end of the year and wasn't too sure as to what treatments I might need. I spoke with Reon over the phone who made me feel at ease and is a fountain of knowledge! He really makes you feel special and made me feel confident to go through with the treatment and now I'm addicted! Definitely a place to go to for some pampering! A1 customer service - very pleased :)

Wow this massage is 100%. I was in so much pain when I came in, took me over 40mins to walk there, and after the massage I walked back home in 24 mins pain free. Absolutely recommend and will be returning for sure. Lynda was very professional and friendly. Thank you for an excellent service!

I have been having filler treatments with Dr Kaywan and he is fantastic at what he does. Very natural yet enhancing treatments. I had my jawline enhanced and it was virtually painless. Lots of information and advice and she answered my questions fully, explained all procedures I was interested in and most importantly did not pressure me to buy any. She actually advised, that in my case, it would be better to not have certain treatments at this point in time. She advised me on other treatments I was curious about and my options in that regard. The minute I walked into Hannah London, Colindale and was greeted by the smiling eyes of the receptionist, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing them for getting my hair cut. The staff looked after me with care and ensured everything was COVID-19 secure... and clean. After a small consultation, the stylist Lynda set about giving me a very comfortable and expert haircut. I’ve had a Hydrafacial done many times in the past and never satisfied with the service. I am very particular in the way it is performed as I hate any treatment being rushed or not done to their best standards especially when you pay a lot of money. This is by far the best experience I have ever experienced. Hillary who did my hydra-facial was so understanding and she really cared about my individual expectations and needs in regards to the treatment. She was attentive, really took her time in understanding my skin concerns and made sure I got the best possible treatment. I cannot wait to get myself booked in for another session. Impeccable quality of service right from the moment of entering Hannah London. I was greeted by the owner who was so welcoming and offered me hot towels to cleanse my hands and a fabulous selection of tea and other drinks. The Balinese massage was amazing and the Laura was excellent, beginning with a brief consultation about the treatment and ensuring there was a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout. Not only was the quality of the treatment superb, the staff are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Even after my treatment there was no rush to leave as they offered me more drinks and the owner and i sat and spoke for a while. Went in for a wow facial after hearing about how great it was from the guy at reception. He is so knowledgeable, usually those who work at the front of house in other clinics don’t know what treatments are and cannot answer your questions! 100% will be coming back again!

After reading general reviews on laser hair removal I was a bit sceptical about starting but it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. Pain free and easy! The best salon I have ever visited! I’ve been to Hannah London a number of times and each time I’ve not wanted to leave! The salon itself is so beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. The staff are so welcoming and go above and beyond to look after you, making you drink after drink, offering hot towels, biscuits/sweets. They always check your ok and if you need anything and genuinely want you to have a relaxed and enjoyable experience. It’s so rare to find such a lovely salon like this with staff who spoil you. Every treatment I’ve had from a pedicure to facial treatments have been excellent. Shireen is an amazing host, always takes the time to talk to you and is so sweet to my daughter. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Every time I go to Hannah London spa, it’s always the best experience ever. So I’ve been getting the dermapen treatment with chemical peel, this treatment is the best treatment for anybody suffering with any type of acne or acne scarring! Highly recommend Hannah London. After my third session of laser, I have seen significant amount of hair reduction. I just finished my fifth session and I no longer have any hair and it has also gotten rid of my strawberry bumps on my legs. As for the service, I had been to many salons to enquire about laser and got a patch test; I chose Hannah London because they are a friendly and professional team who provide you any service you desire to your personal standard. If you do want to get laser, I can’t emphasis enough that the best person to do laser is Angela. Not only is she lovely and professional but she makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, especially if you’re getting a full body treatment. I have to travel over an hour to get there however it is definitely worth the trek. Additionally, they also accommodate for students who can’t pay in full. I will be definitely be going there for other treatments.

I have previously visited the salon and was disappointed due to various of reasons. Since then, the salon has improved quite a lot in terms of how organised they are now and having a professional whose expertise in facials and massage are quite exemplary. I normally go to a different skin care centre for my facial, but I got a few spots on my face by the end of November and because I was going away, I knew I needed a facial. My go-to skin centre was busy but Hannah London was able to squeeze me in. I met with my skin care therapist where we discussed my skin type and what I would like to achieve. I only wanted to declog my pores and have a really good deep clean. She was able to advise me on the best facial to have and on how to look after my skin better. Her technique was very good and she even threw in a little bit of massage to help me relax. I had a lovely time and would definitely be back for another facial and possibly to try the full body massage.

I had laser hair removal done at Hannah London over the course of this year. Unfortunately I could not finish my treatment as I started acne medication but fully plan to finish the treatment once I am cleared by my dermatologist. However, having had 4 sessions of laser I have definitely noticed a difference. I am of south Asian heritage and unfortunately after being teased at school by a boy for my “ew hairy arms” I developed a bit of a complex about my forearms. Shireen very kindly explained how the soprano ice platinum works and explained the difference between laser, electrolysis and IPL. There are numerous mediapas that have opened up all over London but I felt that Shireen and the rest of the team here really understand the differences between the different methods of hair removal treatment and I felt assured in the levels of professionalism that showed. I was treated by Katya (sorry for the misspelling of her name!) who was nice, courteous and professional and more importantly very thorough. I never felt that she was trying to rush through the appointment- she made sure the laser got where it needed to get!! As I haven’t finished my treatment I can’t say that I am fully hair free just yet, HOWEVER, I had treatment on my forearms, underarms and upper lip and here is the verdict: Forearms: very little hair now. The hair that is there is very minimal and barely noticeable. I can roll up my sleeves without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. Very happy with this! Upper lip: not completely gone but the regrowth is slow and very light and not noticeable. Under arms: again not completely gone but the regrowth is slow and light. I have noticed the biggest difference with my forearms which I’m pleased with as I was so insecure about this (it is such a shame that society shames something as natural as body hair!). I am really glad that I found this place. Not only did I see improvement (which is what I wanted) but the staff treated me really nicely. The spa itself is really nice, very modern, sleek and has a luxe feel. I’m not a famous influencer or anything but not once was I made to feel like a “commoner”, in fact the staff would give me a warm welcome, offer tea etc which was really sweet and shows that they go the extra mile with customer service. The only drawback is that the spa is quite far from where I live but in all honesty I think it’s worth the journey. However things to bear in mind with laser- it is not guaranteed for every single person. There are a number of things which are sometimes out of our control- hormonal conditions, life changes (e.g pregnancy) can play a factor in results and long term impacts. Do your homework but I do credit Shireen and the team for being honest about everything. No one is promising you miracle results (good luck in finding that anywhere tbh) but they were very helpful in presenting you with facts and the science behind it in helping you make an informed decision. This is not a sponsored review. I work full time and paid for the treatment with my own money! (hate fake/sponsored reviews)

What a lovely experience! I went in for a haircut and was kindly greeted in the waiting room with a hot hand towel and an offering of herbal tea. I was the taken to meet my stylist where we discusses what I wanted (I have very long hair and wanted to keep the length but neaten up the cut). I then had a lovely head massage as my hair was getting washed and then we went for the cut. My stylist, Bruna (sp) was very attentive and considerate - she didn't force me to change my style or cut more off than I wanted! My hair was blow dried with a volumising spray and serum to finish. Dear, Hannah London Spa and all the people who want to see reviews before they book! I’ve never written a review out for a salon because I have never found one to satisfy my needs but this one I hands down had to! I had done my research on this salon before I booked in and I was so excited to see what they could do with my hair as I’ve always been disappointed with other salons for example Headmasters/Rush/Tony&Guy. All of these hair dressers have always given me that orange look that for Asians with dark hair we want to stay well away from; every time I’ve had my hair done before, I’ll be over it in a week and dye it back. I wanted to go light without the brassy orange look. From the moment I stepped into the salon I was treated with such respect and royalty. It was so exciting! My stylist Najat made me feel positive about the outcome of my hair, she didn’t promise it to go light light but she sure didn’t give up. The care that was given to my hair was insane. All the staff were lovely including the beautiful Shireen that gave me my favourite chocolate Ferreo Rocher😂 and stopped to have a conversation with me. They all asked myself and my mum often if we wanted a drink or food. I felt like I had known these girls for ages! 5 hours later I had my dream hair. I was so shocked and in love. Najat didn’t let me leave without a snip of my split ends, she wanted my end results to be amazing! I left the salon feeling sooooo happy. For once I was listened to and was able to be honest with what I liked and didnt like. Now I can’t stop looking at my hair 🍯 I wouldn’t delay in booking in with this salon both women and men to have your perfect hair! My brother is coming down with me next time to book in for a facial! I’ve booked in for my second Olaplex which I highly recommend for not only girls that have coloured hair but in general for people that use heat and want a better finish and touch to their hair. I came here to get full head balayage from red (dyed from black) hair to blonde! I was nervous and almost cancelled in case it goes wrong. But my sister reminded me of how welcoming and professional they were at the consultation alone. My hair was red (natural colour is almost black) and so the pigment would be hard to neutralize. Bruna did my hair and she was amazing. I trusted her completely as she was very reassuring and professional so from the beginning I felt like I was in good hands. She spent ages putting the colour in to my very thick hair, using small sections. Bigger sections would be easier, less time consuming or tiring but she went the extra mile despite the challenge and task which was my hair. The red took a while to change but she even reapplied the product twice more even though at this point I had so many foiled sections but she didn't show any frustration. I really felt bad for her but she never make me feel guilty and instead i felt so grateful that she was putting so much effort into my hair. I can also see that she treats every client this way as whilst I was getting my hair done a previous client had even walked in to gift Bruna some flowers to show gratitude to Bruna for how she had done her hair. After that long process, her assistant helped to wash my hair and put in the treatment to prevent damage. Her assistant was also so lovely and helpful. I then had a blow dry and curls and was shocked to see myself as a blonde. I feel like most hairdressers would either turn me away or rush and do a poor job. After seeing the process I feel like I couldn't have gone to a better place as I didn't even realize how much hard work it needed. I have always been scared to dye my hair and I especially never imagined blonde was ever even possible for me but now I know I have somewhere I can trust and go. As others have said, they make you feel welcome and looked after no matter who you are. Everyone is pampered and treated equally. Eg when they offer the tea and actually make you feel like they want you to have it, it is not an empty gesture. This lasted during the entire day. Every member of staff there is extremely kind so a long day actually turned out to be a lot of fun. My sister had a consultation for a facial the day I got my hair done. She's 27 and booked her first ever facial as it is hard to know where to go. She has had the facial and her face was glowing and she learnt a lot and has even booked another one. She said that they know what they're doing and the lady treated her so well and was very professional and also kind. The way that they treat clients makes such a difference and makes you wish everywhere is like this. I felt like I had to share this to others who are like me and don't take risks or are always disappointed with their hair as they just don't know where to go.

If I could, I would definitely give Kaywaan a higher rating than a 5 as he is just so amazing at what he does! So, I just came back from having dermapen (first session) with a chemical peel (second session of peel) done which went really well. As it was my first time having dermapen done, Kaywaan explained each and every procedure for me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dermapen does include needles which made me feel a little anxious at first but it was totally bearable. I went for a lip filer dissolving the Hannah London Colindale salon and Iam very pleased with my result I shared to the doctor kywaan & Nurse Roxana my story about when I went to Turkey and they had put the wrong filer there and I came here to get fully removed and he did an amazing job and in less than 6hours it has shown a big difference and it has all fully dissolved and iam very very happy with my result and iam very thankful to dr kywaan and all the workers are very kind and friendly.🙏
