A lovely medical centre in the famous Harley Street district of central London. Very friendly reception staff on arrival, which continues with a very friendly and approachable medical team further inside. I had to get a full "MOT" if you like as part of the Chinese work visa process. I was very surprised at how fast and efficient this place is. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. They said I would get my result in 48 hours, but it was actually 24 hours. Very happy customer in me! Thank you Harley Street Health Centre...to all your staff!

I attended this clinic last week for some blood tests. I arrived early at the clinic almost 45 minutes before my appointment because of faster transport connections than I expected. I asked if I could be seen prior to my appointment and within just 10 minutes the staff were able to fit me in. They were courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful. I recently had blood drawn at Harley Street Health Center. It was a painless and obstacle-free experience. I needed an appointment rather last minute, and was able to book for the next day, booking online. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I felt completely comfortable. Got results fast which is good. The clinc don't have buggy access which is challenging if you have a baby or disabled person. The chest xray took too long as they were busy! They didn't tell me that I should bring someone with me to watch the baby. Thanks to the nice lady who volunteered to watch my baby until I finished.

I visited Harley Street Health Centre on the 16/02/2022 for a couple of tests. Prior to this visit I searched on line to gather information, made a phone call and book my appointment. I tried to organise my test more locally but without success. Other labs I have contacted weren’t sure if the were doing certain test. That’s why I chose Harley Street and was prepared to travel 300 miles. First of all, Harley Street provide clear information on line, helpful info on the phone, some discount for NHS staff. The staff in the centre were kind, professional and very well informed. I would like to mention phlebotomist and Alena, they are stars. The whole experience was very pleasant, got my results back. I can't thank the clinic enough for seeing my daughter and myself last month, we both had ongoing symptoms that needed a face-to-face meeting with a doctor and were unable to achieve this through our own GP. We both saw Dr. Ara who, aside from being a friendly and lovely person, diagnosed what was wrong with my daughter (something that would have been impossible over the phone) and prescribed medicine to treat it, as for myself I was relieved, finally, to have someone take time to properly talk and look at what has been causing me pain for the past 18 months and set me on a course of new treatment to deal with it.

I received simply mind-blowing service from this clinic when I went to them to receive a COVID-19 antibody test. First of all, they were offering the test at a third of the price asked by pretty much all the other private clinics in London, and NHS members would have an additional 50% discount. I could quickly book an appointment online and get a visit one or two days later. The clinic is nice and welcoming, with two competent receptionists: after a short wait a really nice nurse explained to me the various aspects related to the test and applied it to me. 15 minutes later I had a positive result for IgG antibodies, although the result line was a bit faint. The nurse assured me that this still meant I was positive to antibodies, but I was still somewhat dubious, so after going online for answers and getting confused by differing opinions, I wrote to the clinic to get a confirmation. The clinic director went to absolutely unprecedented lengths to reassure me, indicating me the brand of the tests they used, the accuracy rate that had been measured, and confirming the fact that a faint result was still a result. He didn't stop there, though, and invited me for a retest a few weeks later for piece of mind: in the meantime the test accuracy had been also certified by the Pasteur institute in Paris. I was tested by a different nurse who was also extremely nice and professional, clearly caring about myself not being scared by the needle and engaging in pleasant chat to distract me.

I had my Covid PCR test here this morning and was really impressed. The whole process was simple, safe, quick and professional. I called up first to ask questions about the test and the lady on the phone was friendly and informative. I then booked online and received email confirmation and instructions once booked. When I arrived for the test there was a man outside the clinic to sign me in and once inside everything was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I was told my results could take up to 48 hours but I received them on email earlier than expected, after just 10 hours, including a ‘fit to fly’ letter. Highly recommended service.

We were absolutely delighted with the good care and kindness at the Harley Street Health Centre. Both of my adult children who are French Nationals are returning to France and needed a PCR test before travelling. I was able to speak to a staff member on the telephone who explained the system and I was so pleased I could book the tests without paying as I needed to change the test date to fit in the the Eurostar. The staff were very kind and reassuring and the tests were carried out very efficiently. Both results were available within 24 hours with a certificate to travel provided. Really good service for RT PCR swab tests. I booked the test on 18 Nov for my 20 Nov flight. Booked early morning appointment and got the results in 35 hours. Their fit to fly certificate is really well drafted and clear with the details which a destination country might need.

We went to get COVID fit to fly tests on the 4th December as we were moving country. The man on the door was so helpful and polite. We had to wait outside because of the small waiting area but it was managed really well and he made sure everyone knew they were not being forgotten. I needed a negative RT-PCR test to show I didn't have COVID-19 for my holiday. I had to do this within 7 days of flying and was worried in case the test did not come back in time. I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment with other clinics offering this service and found they were not taking bookings far enough in advance and/or taking an age to answer their phones. I was able to speak to someone for advice at the Harley St Health Centre and then book a slot online for first thing on the Monday before my Saturday flight and best of all received the results in just a little over 24 hours.

The best private GP in London. Beautiful & clean clinic. Very professional doctors and helpful staff. Found the Harley Street Health centre clinic because my hands and feet were itchy every night once I gone to bed. I have booked a next day appointment and got seen by the very lovely Dr Sabina. Done couple of blood tests (received the results in just 12hrs) and have been diagnosed. Now on medication for couple of weeks.But feel so much better. No more itching. :)

Less than 48 hours (I think maybe 32 hours?) got my test results emailed with the fit to fly very! Me and my partner fly Sunday, got the test on a Friday morning (8:00am) - front desk ladies were very nice and the healthcare professional who took the tests for us was also very kind. I was very anxious about getting PCR COVID19 test results in time for my Singapore Airlines flight. With the many many options out there, I am glad I chose Harley Street Health Centre. I took my test at 8:30am 20th Jan and received my results on the same day at 6:00pm. Thank you for the incredibly quick turnaround - one less thing to worry about! (Of course, your mileage may vary, so do leave sufficient time for results, but in my case, I got my result in less than 10 hours, well well under the quoted time of next day 8:00pm).
